Was that wedges or wedgies?  There are a number of irritants that make a fine addition to a wedgie.

I do not think you could call them garnishments!

I just got the same damn phone call. 9 of them. Howdo we report these people for harassment, stress.

They keep harassing me at my work .

Received call from 888 294 7128 from Jim  Murphy city services group asked for an address said he wasnt gonna jump thru hoops for me and hung up

Claim to have case against me and now with ex-husband. Premier legal services also comes up as private number.

I have been receiving the same calls from someone called James White at Premium Legal Services telling me to call City Services at 1-888-377-8572 said I would be served at work, and this has been going on now for 2 weeks, nothing as of yet. Also makes a reference to a case no# and a company called Gray Walker Trucking, have no idea who these idiots are.

I also got a call from Mr white today calling me feel names as he was trying to get money from me

Got a voice message from James White from Premier Legal Services. He said that he was contacting me because it is a lawsuit against me and one of my sister.  He left the number number 888.949.4346 plus case #2910326 and said that if they don't hear from either of us by 5pm on this date, they will have other option but proceed with the lawsuit.  Of course that I called the number from a pre-paid number and spoke with a lady who told me that the reason for the 'pending lawsuit' is because back on Nov 2015 my sister opened an account at BofA, for which I was the second owner and responsible party and such account was charge off due to overdraw fees.  I told her that I never opened a join account in my life and that my sister and I lives on two different States. The lady gave me an account number and also told me my last 4 SS digits!   That really scared me, so I am filing a complaint with FTC and CFPB.  At the same time, I am visiting my BofA branch because I do have my account with them for the last 20 years (since they were Fleet Bank) and they must know what's going on with their clients.

Be aware and never ever let these SCAM artist to take your peace of mind away!  Also, file complaints with appropriated law enforcement.

Sounds almost identical to my calls.  Jim Murphy was the name I was given too. He got aggressive and threatening with me and said that they don't have to provide me with any documentation because I had already been mailed it.  He then hung up on me.

I just got this call they said they have my address of last employer I don't know what they are talking about the gave his name and not # is it a scam what should I do

They called me saying they were going to serve me at a job I worked at a year ago and doesn’t even exist anymore. If they were real and had actual papers for me then they would know where to find me. Not looking legit so far.

They that BS with me to😠, they just called 25 min ago. They don’t know yet, but they are barking up the wrong tree.

He is calling me too and I googled the number he left. I haven’t taken his calls and reported it to Attorney General and filing a FTC complaint also

They keep calling me asking for a person that isn't me or anyone I know and I asked them to stop but they havent

I have been getting calls at work, on cell phone, and my ex husband has too. Threatening to come to work and garnish wages ( I am in missouri and Mr. Mike Davis with Mr Premier Legal Support Services is in California). Rattles off last 5 places of employment and last known address (congrats you can read facebook). Very rude and aggressive. I will be filing with FTC

Someone named Danielle from Premier Legal Support Services called my mother in law, my daughter and my HR at work saying she was a process server threatening to bring papers to my work within 24 hrs if I didnt call back, my sister is an attorney, she called them, they told her to F off and hung up on her, papers never got delivered and harassment stopped.
