I have received several messages from Mike Davis from Premier Legal Support Services stating the same exact message. The telephone number I was to call back was 877-297-5932. I have been receiving calls for about 6 weeks and they just wont stop. I called the court house in the county where I'm supposed to be served and there hasnt been any case that has been filed. I believe its a total scam.

I keep getting these same phone calls over & over again from the same person. But she said she was from  from Premier Legal services  Trying to serve me with papers from a debt collector that I  know nothing about have not received anything in writing but you trying to serve me. sounds like a scam to me I have not answered them yet.

I've been getting these calls about a debt my mother paid off 8 years ago. A man named Dan was very rude and inappropriate.  Told me he knew my father had died and my mother had made poor choices. Which is not at all true. I cussed him out cause i knew it was a scam. I blocked my number and called and him back and it said the number was no longer in service.  I'd love to meet Dan in a dark alley where he can't hide behind his little cubicle where he pushes paper all day!!!!

The number provided to me for Premier Legal Support services 888 701 7627 was Sue and no last name. Called my place of employment and spoke to HR telling them they better get a hold of me with in the hour or they were going to hold them liable. HR suspected that it might not be legit but still relayed the message to me.  They even gave a case# but when they call my phone no case # and always called restricted. Researching for days now, Premier Legal Support Services is actually a Process Server company meaning they deliver legal documents personally to recipients.

However, Process Servers are NOT supposed to receive any form of payment from the recipients.  The client who hires them are the ones paying them.  I read an article that if a Process Server asked for money, that's immediately a red flag and 100% a scam.

They call me once every other day, and then 3 other scammer calls to follow. I don't answer but they never say who they are calling for, now they are stating this is the last time they are calling and they will get my bank and employer info next. we will see.

A gentleman by the name of Rich called my place of employment and stated that they needed to serve me a court summons at my place of work.  He left a phone number and account number and I called the people and they stated that this was a case against with an old account that I supposedly had with a bank back in 2009. He told  me that I had 3 options to pay and that he couldn't work with me any other way. So luck enough I was able to stop all the stuff.  IT'S A SCAM!!!!

Did you ever hear anything more? I’ve been harassed by the guy the last couple days!

Has anyone else heard anything recently? I’ve been getting calls from this Jim Murphy guy threatening me and he keeps calling my work place as well. I told him I needed to call him back in a couple hours and figure things out and he screamed my SS# out and then hung up on me. He’s called my work the last 3 days as well. Help!

What help do you need, if they threatened you over the phone, its illegal and you can believe they are only going to lie to you, so ignore them.

They keep calling my work and saying they’re going to serve me papers. I guess I’m just trying to figure out if this Jim Murphy guy is legit. He has my SS#.. he yelled my SS out on the phone and then hung up on me when I told him I’d have to call him back

If you'd bothered to read the other posts in this thread, you'd know this is a scan. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Stated to call back 888-470-9428. Total scam for old debts. Slurred speech. Premier Legal Support??
