Great! Humana's mail order drug plan. I opted out and I never opted in, and they still call. I called their real customer service number and said nobody is going to answer an unid number and please never call unless it's related to a claim. I guess it takes awhile.

Called. No message. Blocked

I love my Humana m'care Advantage plan, but their incessant phone calls drove me crazy until I removed my number from my online account. So now, it's their PHARMACY that's harassing me with calls that don't identify them. UGH. Rather than figure out how to get my phone # away from THEM, I just blocked the number identified here as them. Thanks to all who posted identifying these nuisance calls.

Two calls - 6/14 and 6/16/17 - Toll Free Call - Didn't recognize; didn't answer; caller hung up when answering machine came on.  If you're a legitimate caller -- leave a message!!  Assume telemarketer.

I got a call on my mobile but didn't answer. I called this number later and it is Humana Pharmacy and said it was a courtesy call to quote pharmacy prices. I replied that I don't have prescriptions. The person again stated it was just a courtesy call.

Call is from a Humana telemarketer pushing their automatic prescription refill service.

Caller said was from Humana and had information on how to save on drug costs.
When I told her that she should have a list of my medications and that she could email me any information she hung up.

I got the call and the message sounded like chewing gum.  No words left.

Call strated out:"Hello.This is Claire. Can you hear me okay?"   Hung up on thios piece of trash.

RightSourceRx is Humana's pharmacy. They try to get you to fill prescriptions with them and have them mailed. I only know because I have Humana insurance.  I don't see why they would call people who don't have Humana unless other insurance companies use them, too. They might be legit, but I wouldn't risk giving them any personal info.

Caller ID says "stupid"

This number has called weekly for at least a year or more.. We do not pick up numbers we don't recognize . If it is Humana and they really want to talk to us they should leave a message.  No message just convinces me they are just selling something else & still won't pay for medications that have been ordered by a doctor & have no generic or properties that can be found in any other medication on the market.  This company also raises their deductible annually & covers less & less necessary medications.  Just part of the Part D scam started under GWB is help  make money for pharmaceutical  companies.

It is a scam call. They want your insurance id number.

I've had 20 calls the past 2 weeks keep telling them I have Humana ins already but they want me to give them my name date of birth s/ s # so they can look up my records an want me to change to mail order prescriptions. Reported them to Humana but still keep getting calls going to cancel my ins with them! Don' t want to do business with such a shady co. Scam??

888-538-3518 .This number calls at least twice daily. Starts at 9:03am. ID Toll free call. Never leaves a message. If it is Right Source,which I don't use they surely don't want to speak to me about anything important , I have Humana for Part D./ They end up never paying for any of my prescriptions. .I  usually don't reach my deductible because they refuse to pay for a medication that actually works for me & others . Truth with Part D plans ,just another GOP  program to help the drug corporations make more money =.  Greedy,Opulent ,Phonies .

Received a call but did not answer, and they did not leave a voice mail message. I am in Southern California. I see previous posts are dated in 2011, so it appears "they" have reactivated and are reusing this number.
