I got a call from this number yesterday 2:17pm  said he  is from Humana regarding the mail order prescription of Medicare .

the phone was hanged up right way   after I gave him my birthday  .Do you think he will get my all personal information ?

Yes I got a call. They represented themselves as Humana. They asked for my birthday I provided the caller stated that they could find a way to reduce my copay. I said I was glad you called because I didn't understand why you could not   have my deductible spread throughout the year instead of making me pay so much at the beginning. The customer service rep said I'm sorry all I can do is explain to you the medications and the breakdown I have nothing to do with that. So I said what are you calling me for you told me you can help save me money? She said well then you have a good day sorry to trouble you. Don't bother !

If you are on a cell all you have to do is block it, very simple

Called, but left no message. My feeling is if a call is legitimate, they will leave a message.

Is is possible HIPAA prevents them from leaving s message?

This number has been calling me for months but after the first 2 times w/no message, I blocked it.  Yet they continue to call.  Don't know if it's Humana but I do have them for my (medicare) prescription coverage.  However, you don't leave a message, you get blocked.  They have my email and can get in touch with me that way if it's so all-fired important.  Also, if it IS Humana, why not have that on CID??

I just spoke with Humana, this number is in no way associated with Humana. They are a scam company. They couldn't even verify my address or date of birth. When I called the real Humana they did verify my birthday and address. Shame on them.

Called cell during my work hours - left no msg

They're still calling several times a week but at least I don't hear the phone ring since they're blocked.  I can't believe any legitimate company would be this desperate.

AWESOME!  I've done the IGNORE entry, hadn't thought to do the silent ring tone.  But now I use auto-reject, same concept.

Said they were from Humana and I had new prescriptions from the doctor. Did I want them filled. Told him no not right now. He said he could place a future order. Again I said no. End of call. I checked Humana Mail Order Pharmacy a couple days later and there was no new prescriptions to be filled. I have to see the doctor first. This is a SCAM.

If you have tracfone. It's not private #, they share the phone numbers with advertisers and sponsors to generate a revenue stream. This why tracfone users receive an unusually high number of spam calls.

Ok ppl, I just called Humana Rx’s real customer service number and they said yes, this is their mail order pharmacy number just trying to let me know I could save money on having my meds delivered via mail. I said first no one is going to answer a call where they can’t ID the number. She said well it’s a valid call center that they would identify. I said well that’s fine, but all scammers have ‘valid (sounding) call centers.’ Next here in Florida we have a problem with people sacking mailboxes for drugs. She said they can be delivered to PO boxes. I said, well then then I wouldn’t be saving anything because I would have to pay for the box. Anyway I asked her to please make no more calls to me unless it’s directly related to a claim. So, you can safely answer this call, and opt out of anymore of these calls.
