- Caller: Medical Supplies
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Anonymous| 1 replyThey call themselves Your CPAP Supplier. I already have a CPAP supplier called American Home Patient and I am very happy with them. I don't understand how this new company got my phone number. I don't want calls making me think that they now have my business. That's misleading.

- Sylvia LincecumNice message reminder that my supplies were ready to be picked up. No idea which company was calling or what supplies. I do use a cpap but ALWAYS call in my own order. Very irritating that they don't say the company calling!
- Caller: Lincare
- Call type: Valid
- Indiana Smith| 1 replyAnswered the phone (i usually don't when there's no caller ID) and was told it was Lincare and that they were ready to ship supplies for my CPAP. I said, "I don't have any CPAP" and she said, "OK, have a nice day." I did have a CPAP at one time, so I'm not sure if this is a scam or a legitimate call from Lincare. Some medical supply companies call unsolicited, even when you haven't ordered anything lately, and claim that your supplies are ready to ship as soon as you give your OK. Either way, it's an annoyance -- when I want to order supplies, I'll say so.

- Robert Turbeville replies to Maddy| 1 replyPlease take me off your call list as we are using another supplier!
- BigA replies to Robert TurbevilleThat person posted here 7 years ago. She is not associated with this company and unless you have personal knowledge that she will be back to even see your post, I guess your request is not going to be fulfilled. This website is not associated with your callers and that is very clearly explained on the homepage. Guess you are unable to read? Try telling your callers what you want them to do.
- ShirIf this is Lincare as stated by this person. Why are they calling people that do not have accounts with them? Myself and a neighbors 7 years old daughter received a call from this number neither of us need anything from them. They are as when I call the number a medical company trying to sell you medical supplies you do not need. As medical alert systems . I guess they are someone new each day. I have stopped looking up numbers when they call cannot get a true answer even if you pay one of the websites to look up the numbers. I know Florida’s State Attorney is cracking down on a lot of these calls. Check out her website. Good Luck on all unwanted calls.

- Mary replies to KathiI have told them face to face 2 different times
- Doe replies to Lincare| 2 repliesThis is Medicare Fraud. My spouse ended his relationship with Lincare over two years ago. They call constantly. Yesterday they called again and my husband told them he doesn't want to be called anymore. They just called again today. We can only guess how many fraudulent insurance submissions are involved. How many patients have a room full of tanks, masks, etc. they don't need. Or how well stocked their back rooms are from fraudulent cases they keep open long after they should.

- BigA replies to DoeThere is a very easy way to stop the calls. It is called a letter, you might have heard of one. You send it in the mail and you tell them that you are revoking all TCPA permissions. You tell them that any future calls and you will sue them for at least $500 per call. You send it certified, return receipt. If the calls don't stop you sue them and make them pay you for the harassment.
- Stan BartnikowskiThey call themselves "Your CPAP Supplier". Actually, they are Lincare, but didn't identify themselves as such. I asked if they were "X-Med", my current supplier. She said they were all the same. Anyhow, I was duped into ordering supplies Friday. Over the weekend, I figured they were Lincare, who used to be my supplier over two years ago but gave me a lot of grief over the need to renew my prescription, get additional paperwork from my doctor, etc. Now they just call unsolicited and try and get my supply order. This borders on medicare fraud.
This morning I called to cancel, but they said it was already shipped Friday. I asked how to return it; they said they are sending me a return address label. We will see what happens.
My concern is that it is a little too soon to order supplies (despite their statement to the contrary) and if I don't clear the transaction, Medicare will not accept (as they should) and I will be charged the full cost and/or Medicare will not accept the legitimate claim from X-Med in a month or two because of this one. We'll see what happens.
I'm embarassed that I have been duped by this. I blocked their phone number. Hopefully, they won't bother me again.- Caller: Lincare

- GA NanThis same number has called multiple times in the last several weeks. I don't answer, but they generally leave a message. Previously, they have called themselves my "medical supply company" - very generic. Today they called themselves my "CPAP supply company" - more specific, but still no company name. I use a CPAP but am current on all of my supplies. I suspect it is a scam and won't give them my attention.

- dorrieI used Lincare a long time ago, but had to ask them to quit calling me multiple times a week. Have been using a different company, and somehow Lincare has started calling me again. They put me on the Do Not Call list. Let's hope it sticks.

- BigTimThey WILL NOT leave us alone.
My wife got supplies from them ONCE and they are now calling daily, 5 or 6 times a day to have her order new supplies.
Total waste of time because our insurance will not pay for supplies from them, and we have told them that.
But we are in the system, and they will not leave us alone.- Caller: Lincare

- TRSSince all the “Free” Cruises, trips to Disneyland, Home Security Systems, Medical Alert Systems etc. etc. have come from this caller ID, my call blocker doesn’t accept any calls with this ID. I have used a CPAP for more than 10 years and gotten my supplies from the same company affiliated with a large local hospital system. How Lincare was able to get my phone # is a mystery.

- TrishI started using CPAP machine several years ago and I was fine with the company I was getting my supplies from from the beginning. Which was the same company that furnished me with my machine. They would come out and test the dust collection from the filter and mold culture test from my mask, tubes and water every so often. They would call and let me know they were sending me supplies and ask if everything is ok. No problems! No issues with them whatsoever. Until about 6 months after the machine was paid for, insurance reimbursed and Dr. visit information was gathered and cleared that OUR Insurance provider and OUR "LOCAL UMWA" decided I needed to go through LINCARE! OK, It saves our insurance money. That's a good thing! X wrong! Money and the care given can't be measured. Especially if the person that is reading your CPAP chip has an attitude you can pick up on from behind a solid brick wall with a swagger, bad bedside manners to match. His highlight enjoyment to see how well he can make another look and feel stupid by making fun at my anxiety attacks laughing because of my claustrophobia how I was all kinds of extra special, slamming things, raising his voice. I needed to bring the machine with me my next visit and he'd have a class just for me and start over bc I obviously needed a lesson. Of course! With a condescending smile, I'm sorry! I don't know how you do this job everyday, but I appreciate your patience and I never went back and I never will. Yelling at patience on the phone. Talking about other patients in an undignified unprofessional manner. Yeah and then there's the frequent phone calls and over abundance of supplies. With me a neurological disorder, needless to say, I don't need people like him and his "EXTRA" disrespectful attitude in my life. As of this month I'll be seeing my Sleep Dr. again and now I'm getting calls from them before I even got started. I haven't used my CPAP for a few years now just because I don't want to deal with LINCARE. If our insurance wants me to continue using LINCARE I'll be filing a complaint.

- Trish replies to Indiana SmithThis is exactly the same manner in which my automated call said. And I haven't used my CPAP for a few years ether. From one Hoosier to another ; )
