CPAP supplies...  They cell often call with "UNKNOWN" in caller ID.  Promise CPAP supplies which Medicare will pa yfor.  Then they bill you about 6 months late. I can get the supplies cheaper on Amazon.

It looks like this company has had the same phone-related problems for over ten years without doing anything about it? I also didn' t recognize a call from this number and thought it might be a scam. I asked the rep about what I had to do with the company she was calling for, and she didn't seem prepared to help me verify that it was a legitimate call- she needed information from me first, before she wanted to say anything more than the company name- the company name is completely generic and forgettable and completely consistent with a scam. I also had trouble reaching them because Apple Maps (standard on iphones) gave an incorrect number. I also had trouble looking up which company was associated with the phone number in my call log- search results were led by three different sites where people report suspicious calls, then the fourth search result was (I think) the right company, a medical supply company which has a legitimate reason to call me, but their business is not consistently named with the same name.

This is Lincare (I use them), but they identified themselves as "Your medical supply company", so I originally thought it was a scam message.  IMO, poor business practice to not identify themselves properly.

Called repeatedly.  Finally told them that my husband had died.

The lincare automated caller calls my phone (which i operate a business from) multiple times a day.  I blocked both their numbers so they dropped into voicemail.....So today someone said my vm box was full, i checked the blocked calls and had 22 voicemails from lincare in the course of 10 days!  That is not only unreasonable it is harassment!  I've told them before-when we need supplies i will call you!   Today i told them i am done & to never call my number again.

Your problem is that you handled everything verbally.  You should have sent it in writing through the USPS certified, return receipt as I am sure that they will keep calling you.

I am not sure about this being Lincare. Lincare does provide my bi-pap supplies but they have another local phone number. I was checking to see if this is a fraud call.  I will call my local respiratory company to find out if they are legitimate. If they are they should use Lincare as the caller.

LinCare/J&L Medical Services continues to call even though I have moved the majority of my supply orders for better service.
No more unwanted & not ordered supplies or nasty comments or unresolved issues.
I advise all to move away from this unpleasant co.

So, reliant pharmacy, who is affiliated with lincare, fill my nebulizer medication (and for two years,  2 years) they have called me twice and three times in a week at different times, and I have called reliant pharmacy to let them know that I don't want them to call me anymore because I'm done with them trying to send me medication and I continue to tell them that I would call them when I was ready to get my refill, in the last three maybe four months, the caller ID says a call from (Amber) w/lincare, but when I answer the call, there's no body there, call goes dead so I call her back and she said she had not called me, however, apparently, somehow their phone number was hacked or attached to their phone system. And the real Amber w/lincareI kinda was aware of what I was talking about and who' or how much this has been happening, can't delete the contact info because, whoever it is, comes up as Amber w/lincare. Seriously!   Just an FYI, obviously, neither one of them has addressed the issue regarding my medical information which I have a real good idea, HIPPA is not going to be the only one that's going to be involved in a whole lot of Federal Government and State investigation on my personal and medical information being compromised......  TBC

You've never heard of phone number spoofing? Oh, and it's HIPAA. You'll need the proper acronym when you research the perceived violations.
