Have Shaw Digital Phone VOIP - called at 12:32 pm PST

They have called me many many times and ask fur a "Jason Milne??"
(a bogus name so they can say that was why they have the number instead of admitting they are using an auto-dialer) This is ICT Group on behalf of Capitol One. I told them to remove me and place my phone number on Do Not Call List. I was told could take up to 30 days THEN I would have to ask for Supervisor to be on the list in future. Politely educated the caller that if I receved another call they would be reported. *I doubt they are calling from the 888-556-5158 number but have that number programmed to show up in your caller ID, they aren't stupid enough to use the real number they are calling from to order keep their outbound lines free and to direct you to an auto-answering-system. (If the real orginating phone number was shown I'd be calling their number every 10 minutes on my day off to tie up THEIR phone systems and tick them off.)

SICK OF THIS CRAP!  Every friggin day!  I'm not putting my number on national do not call register... they can buy the list for fifty bucks and just keep calling anyway!  Ignorance is allowed with those [***] unfortunately!

It used to say ICT group, but I answer and hang up immediately, if only not to hear the phone ring for nothing!... Now it's always Caller ID unknown!  I ain't stupid, I get to recognise those numbers after a while!

This number (1-888-556-5188) is registered to The ICT Group Inc. (http://www.ictgroup.com/). ICT Group does telemarketing on behalf of their clients. Call the number back and add yourself to the do not call list. If this persists I would contact their client and ICT Group demanding they stop calling you. If this does not work start tracking the time called and using your telephone company have the number traced. For Sasktel this needs to be done 3 times to have a compliant filled and the possibility of the companies involved fined.

Call twice a day for months now.

I'm in Alberta. This number has been calling me 4 to 6 times a day every day for the last couple of months anyway. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends as well. I don't answer, have never answered, and it is getting very annoying. Of course since they are calling from the US it does not matter to them if our Canadian numbers are on the DNC list.

I am also from Alberta and this number is driving me so crazy and this number has called our house 5 times today!!  It is so exhausting :(  Running to your phone for no reason :(

6+ calls/day for past 4 months. no message, just a long silence. often uses up all my voicemail space so that legitimate callers can't leave a message.

They call at least three times a day, almost every day since last year. It's annoying!

i answered today and told the operator the person she was looking for(in fact myself)had moved.
she said oh ill call back, i repeated he has moved, she said right i'll take it out.
we'll see what happens.

Call all day at different times of days. Sometimes minutes after the first call. Have answered at various times and have repeatedly told them that we do not want a credit card and to please take us off the list. Have been informed that our request could take up to 30 days but they still keep calling. Very rude and uncooperative to say the least.

This number calls numerous times everyday. Total of 7 times today! They never leave a message. But what can I do to stop them.
