These people are idiots and do nothing but lie. They called my phone and left no message. Then some how they got my oarents number and told them, that I personally gave out their number to be able to reach me which was a bood face lie. Then to top it off they call my ex' Parents house looking for me yet again. So I am notified of this and I call this "Amanda" @ ext 151. I was beyond pissed, she not only lied to me but lied to my Parents which that is what pissed me off. Amanda called me at 3:16 cst time didnt leave a message. Called my parents at 4:21 pm est time. And then called my ex inlaws at 3:30 cst time. I NEVER give out my parents information, why would I do this when I am a grown adult? Amanda lied to my Mom saying I gave her my parents information so they could call me there. Which us complete [***]! So I called the 888-469-9635 and actually talked to Amanda when she lied to me and said the only oerson she spoke to was my ex father in law. And lied to him.

Unfortunately Mr. Fiato(I had him spell it for me) is still at it. He calls for P and B Capital Group LLC. Said I owed over 4k. I asked to have documentation sent to me and he got rude and ugly. I called the number back to get an address and they gave me a Buffalo New York legit address for P and B Capital Group LLC.
I have no such debt. So what they are doing is using the name of a legit company to defraud people. I am going to the better business bureau and the local FBI office in the city where I live. This level of humanity needs to be dealt with.
I urge others to take action to put these thieves where they belong.

They called me yesterday, I didn't answer, they left voicemail saying they were looking for Mark Adams. I have no idea who that is, but I've been getting calls from such reptiles for 5 years now looking for Mark Adams, and every time I get rid of one another takes their place, looking for Mark Adams.

The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get this information for you and see them in court.

This is a common ploy by criminals attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, etc. all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Thank you for info they just started calling my cell.  I have no debts!  I will ask that they send appropriate documents.  When I asked lady first time the company name she hung up on me.  716/558-5858 has called approx 5 times and 765/259-0892 has called 4 times today with no message.  Will start reporting them.  Maybe they will end up paying me!

The have called twice this week about a debt that I paid off over five year ago. It sounds like a scam. When I checked my credit report, this phone number did not match the phone number that is on file for the company they claim to be representing. It definitely sounds like a scam.

Received a message  stating they were following up on a notice that was sent to my address. Never received any such notice. The person identified himself as Andrew (no last name given). Let them come after me. Goo luck!

Just replaced the older Panasonic System with Panasonic KX-TGF344 answering machine base unit with 4 handsets on Amazon. This now has a 250 block call capacity, the ability to block area code and/or number prefixes, and each handset has a block button which adds the number automatically to the block list, and ends the call while you are on the call or listening to the call on the answering machine. Plus you can eliminate the single ring of blocked calls if you want. Thank you Panasonic!

blocking them wont stop them. they will use different numbers ,i have even called them it doesnt work. i havent talked to my daughter in a couple years and i probably wont . i told them so but the calls still come ..look them up and send them a letter in writing .if still does nt stop call attorney generals office . I have just mailed my letter see how it goes.

I got a call from this number. The caller was male and whispering. I couldn't understand the first part of what he said, but the second part was clear and said "I'm touching myself." It was creepy and off the wall bizarre! I saved the voicemail. Who can I contact to report this?

Debt collector attempting to collect a very old credit card debt. Received a call this afteronoon from a local number 818-668-3600.  When i answered the call, it was a company in new york. I dont know how they are calling from a CA phone number and are located in NY. It is Illegal.

When answered, they were saying i them money, i told them i never heard about them.  They shouted and yelled at me that i owe them money.  That i owe them $4,500.

I have asked them to send me something in writing to show me that i owe them  money.  The lady started shouting and yelling on the other side of the phone, saying they know where I live and that i owe them money. She then hung the phone.

I got a bit scared !!!

I tried calling the number again, and no one would give me their address.

I will be filing a poiice report against them.

I will also file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commision)

I encourage anyone getting a call from them those crooks a call, to do the same.

Please contact this office at 888-569-9635 reference # 5321023 to take advantage of this offer before it expires. This communication is from a debt collector. (reply 'stop' to opt out).
WTH!!!!  Since when does a debt collector text you from one number(1-844-218-1004) and tell you to call from the above #. This crap needs to stop.

1st call came to me on March 17, 2020 under the name of Levin, Cullen, and Associates. Called my landline under the# (623) 748-0675. FALSELY claiming I have a outstanding balance with Jessica London. I told her this was not the case, and to remove my info from her lists. Called 866-853-7820, that was listed in the link below, and

Both he and Erin FALSELY claim that I have an outstanding debt with Jessica London, which I DO NOT, and when I asked him for their company's address, he refused, saying "I don't have to give you anything!" When I explained the he did according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, as well as confronting him on the questionable phone# I was initially called form, he became very rude and hung up on me!

Called my landline yesterday, under the following phone# (973)567-7882. Left no message, but when I looked it up on my phone, I got information that it was a debt collection agency robocall. Did further research, and discovered LOTS of complaints on the BBB site.

To my knowledge, I have NO VALID, outstanding debt, so am taking the necessary actions.
