- mommatwobeJust got a call from this number just after I updated my resume on yahoojobs or wherever on Friday. I'm not unemployed thank goodness but was just updating my three and a half year old resume. They called me at almost 7pm and when I called back and put in my zip they told me some location that actually is a real street etc. They told me to wait for a person to answer because of high call volume. That's when I hung up. I'm a business professional. I work in corporate hospitality so even if they are legit it would be something I'm overqualified for. It just stinks that I can't even update my resume on these sites without my information being used by scammers

- TerriI'm job hunting and put my number out on Career Builder, so I'm thinking their database is the source of this nonsense. The call originated from 972-200-9825. The recorded message they left said they had just received my resume and to call 800-673-4109 to schedule an interview. There was no information about the company. Thanks to all of the wonderful people who have posted on here, I won't be calling back. Thanks again :-)
- Caller: thru CareerBuilder
- nebodyOkay...so has anyone actually gone to an interview or do they just attemt to sell you stuff???
- Ms. Trice replies to JobSkr1I was told that the closest "branch" to me was in Raleigh and Cary and I'm in Fayetteville...lol too funny
- LisaReceived a message from this company. Thought that I was not paying close attention to message when i didn't hear a company name. Then after playing the message more than once I found it odd. Its funny because I was looking for a chance to leave my old job for a new one. After reading these comments, it sounds like a scam.

- kimawhile late but, if u have ur information on any job site( monster, careerbuilder, etc)
then it is how they got ur number. i got one too, along with 3 real ones.
I called, asked me to enter zip code blah blah blah.
I know all of this is has poor grammar, spelling, but just trying to help. - ruey burnette replies to LindseyYes, I have been getting the same call, and have like you put in a bunch of job applications. What kind of place is this? I live in Marion, Indiana, and the call stated that the closest office to me is in Indianapolis, Indiana. It connected me to this office where I got another voice recorded message telling me that the person I was trying to reach is unavailable at this time and please leave a message at the beep. So what company it is, I have not a clue. I really need a job so I hope it is for real and not a scam either.
- ABCAfter I saw this discussion, I still called, because I never received such a call and wanted to play with it. When it ask my name, I just said ABC, and still get redirected w/o any question, only that "the person is unavailable". So nothing fun
- brhi, guys,

- VanGot the call last night and the voicemail this morning. I told my girlfriend and she was very surprised it was a recording and not a person. It was a really big letdown after looking for jobs constantly. I recently put my resume on monster.com thinking it might expand my horizons a bit. But I guess ill have to be more careful next time Im out of a job because there's [***] like this sittin around sending people recordings and making money off of it.
- SusanWithin 12 hours of posting my resume, and hours of getting a call from Liberty Mutual I got a call from these slimes, I hope one is not selling the numbers to the other!!!!!!!!!
- jack of all tradesI received a voicemail since was turned off. She/it said to call back to schedule an interview after reading my resume. I even posted on my resume not search for insurance sales positions. Lmao. No way I'm returning the call.

- PatI got a pre-recorded voicemail telling me to call this number to set up an interview. The initial number it came from was 972-200-9825. I've been reading the posts here related to calls from this number. It was identified as Liberty Mutual which is an insurance company. The 972 number is a Texas number. The message stated that the company was hiring. I got the call rather late, around 6:30pm on a Thursday evening. Just to test the theory I called the 888 number at almost 3am and got yet another pre-recorded message telling me they were experiencing difficulty because of all the phone calls coming in. After that it asked me for my zip code at that point I hung up. I'm fed up with bogus emails and this phone call just topped everything off. To be completely honest I am unemployed and have nothing to steal in the first place. My identity is of no use to anybody else either. I wish these individuals would be caught, so normal people trying to find real employment wouldn't be so heartbroken when they find out it's a fake offer. I'm at the point I won't answer the phone unless I know the number. My attitude is if somebody wishes to hire me bad enough, they will call me themselves, not send a damn machine to do it. Wtf is this world coming too, I mean honestly!
- Caller: Liberty Mutual
- RICKAlso received a "robo-call" from this no. I guess the scam goes on!!!
- Caller: UNKNOWN - NOT STATED
- brandonI got a pre-recorded voicemail telling me to call this number to set up an interview. The initial number it came from was 972-200-9825. Well since I didn't know the number and thought it was really odd they didn't say the name of the company I did like the rest of you and tried to look the number up. What I found was this site. Waste of my time and got my hopes up for BS scam!!
- Scam CatcherI just posted my resume at the beginning of this week (7/25/11) and I got a call from one insurance company who wanted agents. I then received another voice mail message yesterday to call 1-888-673-4109 for an interview without a company name or any detail information. I then came to this site. I am reporting them to the authorities!
