- Derrick MarcusI got a call from this number earlier today saying that it was my US Bank. My bank Rep is only person to call me, never Recorded messages.

- PattiI've received numerous calls at my work from this number. Because my daughter is currently experiencing an issue with identity theft and I'm generally over cautious, I looked up the card they claimed they were associated with and didn't find that number but I did find all this information (Thank you all very much). I called my credit card company and spoke to them first and they confirmed, it was a "scam". I then called the 888 number and they first asked for my credit card #. I told them "nope", they should have that because they called me (thinking caller ID but forgetting about the # that would appear on their end would NOT match the number to my desk - VERY tired at the moment). They then asked for the number they called and I gave them my work #. NONE of my credit cards have my work #. They then asked for my name and I responded with the same nope, they should have that, too. She got kinda pissy with me but it was a polite pissy to which I hung up on.

- DonnaThey are calling me everyday, they used different numbers besides this one. One of them actually comes up US Bank on the caller ID. That call my sister answered because I was in the shower. The scam-a-marketer asked for me by name, but when I was able to get to the phone he'd hung up. I have a US Bank credit card so I called the number on the back of my card. My card has a ZERO balance, when I asked the rep why they were calling me, he replied they did not. He asked for the number that called me, I told him and said that was not a US bank number they were scammers. US Bank knows about them, are trying to shut them down.but it is difficult because the scammers are in ....you guessed it INDIA! So don't answer, don't give them any info, if you have any doubts call US Bank directly @ 1 (800) 872-2657.

- - replies to DaveFunny that you claim they're OnStar when they state that they are US Bank on my answering machine.
- EricIntrust Bank recently sold their card processing to a different company; this may be that company. I received 2 voice mails on different days from this number identifying themselves as Card Services. Because I had not received a bill for 60 days, I took a chance and called the number. The answering person identified herself as xxx with Card Services and asked for my card number. I refused to give it so she asked for my name and zip code. I shared them and she correctly identified the last 4 of my card, my current balance, minimum payment, due date, and that the previous month's bill was not paid. She then pressed for me to pay the bill over the phone by providing my bank account and routing info. I refused to give that info, telling her I had received a statement just a day or two ago and would mail in the payment. She continued to press for the bank info or a promissory statement of how much I would send and on what date. Although a bit rude, she was professional and continued pressing the bank info or promise of payment until I told her I had to go and hung up.

- esdguru08 replies to BradThis is indeed, the USBank credit card servicing center. I verified that it is, both by calling two other USBank numbers, which verified its legitimacy. You probably have a late or delinquent account, or your credit card may have been scammed, somehow. They call if they see a problem.

- Dale CleavelandCaller left a message-claimed to be from US bank card member services. I happened to have some correspondence from US bank handy and the number didn't match, so I didn't return the call.

- KWeeksCaller appears to be US Bank. I let the call go to voicemail, promptly called back after hearing they were from US Bank, but upon calling back they asked for my entire 15 digit account number. Sorry but US Bank doesn't do that, they ask for the last four of the social, birthdate, and occasionally your home address to confirm, NOT your entire account number. Googled number got brought here, definitely a scam people!
- John Wilkersonunknown caller claiming to be with a bank... I hung up at the 1st question regarding personal info.
- TeresaRecorded message claiming to be US BANK. I called my bank and they said it wasn't them. They said it was someone seeking information. DO NOT CALL BACK OR GIVE OUT ANY INFO.
- LKHI received a call today, Oct. 3, 2017, they left a voicemail stating they were with US Bank and that they had an urgent message for me and asked me to call them back. I didn't call them back but rather Googled the # and found this website.

- DanielGot a message supposedly from US Bank. So called back from blocked line and asked what bank they were from. They said they represented many banks and to just give them my credit card number. They were supposedly from customer service from a bank, but couldn’t tell which bank—I’m supposed to believe that US bank doesn’t have a dedicated call center? Sounds like a fraud. Didn’t give them any info.

- Beecee| 1 replyGot a call and a voice message i havent listened to, yet. The caller ID says 'scam' and that they were from South Carolina State Credit Card. Weird. Legitimate call from US Bank or not, they should already have your personal info before calling and i am not going to give them that when they should already have it.
- B-Edwards replies to BeeceeNear as I can tell, there is no such company or financial institution called "South Carolina State Credit Card". This has to be a phishing scam.
