When I received this call, the person on the telephone sound real and knew a lot of my information BUT they would not give me any of their information such as the address of the company or confirm any telephone number or answer any of my question.  I was tranfer to three difference people.  It was said that if the send me an email I would have to agree to what it says and that's final.  They wanted me to make arrangements and send them money without giveing me any information.  They knew my information but I never confirm with them.

Michael just called me from ARM stating they had a court order for Peninsula county. lol..... where ever the [***] that is and then continued to tell me how I was broke and how I would always be broke. I switched over to the other line and when I switched back he was still on there talking about how he was going to go have a drink because I was so broke...   lol

If they are real why wont they send me verification of my debt I pay my bills every month and started working for a company and started getting these calls THEY WILL NEVER ASK FOR A SOCIAL over the phone if it is a real company so this and more about this call tells me it is a SCAM to steal my identity

You work for them and want to protect them meaning you're a fraud as well!!! You sir aren't good at it so stop before you're sued too!!!

I got a call from them twice.  They called me under another name yesterday.  Put them on a call rejection list.  Next time I will threaten to sue them for harrassment.  I did not take out a loan or anything and I pay my bills each month, on time.  They are a scam.  DO  NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.

Missed a call from this phone number and it was a recorded voice asking to speak with me and all known parties to this situation and can be made aware of it.  I needed to call back another number of 855.935.3681 and reference document # 6156375.  Total scam.

I received a call from this company ARM today stating that they had two claims against me. I asked them in what county were they going to be filed.  At the time the representative didn't know what to say. He said he was not sure because it was still pending.  This company is a SCAM. They buy bad debt from other companies.  It doesn't matter if you've paid the debt in the past they will still try to collect on it using scare tactics. After 2-3 weeks they will package your info and sell to another company and then someone else will call you with a similar scare tactic.  DO NOT PAY THE PEOPLE.  

You Are Correct..I Was A Victim Of Identity Fraud About 7 Years Ago..Unless They Can Produce Something In Writing The Debit Is Valid, DON'T PAY IT.  Also, Some States Have Statues Of Limitations On How Long They Have To Collect A Debit..In North Carolina It's 3 Years..Do Not Pay Them Anything Unless You Get Something From Them In Writing And You Can Validate The Debt..

About two years ago, I wanted to sign up for a loan online. Knowing I had zero credit, I didn't go through authorizing the loan to commit them to give me money (signing my name and such). A week went passed and I magically received $200 in my bank account from a "lender" called CMG LLC Group. I went online to look up their numbers their company and nothing was to be found, no information, no website. I went to my bank and asked them to see where the money was routed from and they confirmed it was from a third party and not the group CMG who they know is not a loan lender and proceeded to close my account and open a new one. The following year they had one of their representatives call me from the third party and then telling me if I were not to pay I would be taken to court and sued for. I had just lost my job so my biggest fear has come true that I had to pay this loan fee back of $350, instead of lawyer and court fees The representative then had set up a monthly payment until I had paid it off and I have bank account statements to prove that I have paid to this unknown party their loans back, but never did I receive a paid in full letter. These past few weeks they're constantly calling me and harassing me and telling me to reach back to them and when I did to verify why they were still calling me they claim that I did not pay the debt, that the representative from the third party was not them. When I tried to gain information to see if they can mail me a letter or some kind of letterhead authorized form of my debt, they refused and instantly hung up on me. I called back three times and they still hung up on me. The fourth representative then gave me the number to this CMG and the CMG representative told me to call back to this number and they will assist me there. I just wanted to share my part. If they constantly harass me again, I will find a lawyer and take action from there. I refuse to keep give any authorization, personal information for these third parties or debt collectors to still have audacity to refuse to send my debt in letter to me and will not help you not matter what. They are not to be trusted. Please do not get scammed as I have. They will taken your hard earned money as they have mine. They're so petty and have your number on automated systems where they will call over and over again until you pay them and still refuse to send your validation. Be careful everyone.

They call me and my job threatening to garnish my check and send a processor to serve me papers for loan fraud

Got a phone call from this number, so I have this number blocked, hoping they don't call me anymore.

This organization is calling me for a debt that does NOT belong to me / and does not exist.   For TWO years now I have been dealing with fraudulent calls from collectors and they are getting worse - they stopped for about 6 months but have started up again.   I am very clear as to WHO I OWE MONEY to and it is NOT this organization.   I have resorted to blocking their number as they CANNOT provide me anything in writing that states what my original debt was that they claim to be trying to collect.   THIEVES with NO MORALES!

I received a call tonight and they gave my last four of my social and also they stated that I owed $270 to JHS marketing which I did had account but they were paid two years ago which I told them. Also, I stated to them to send me a bill so I can review. These people had the place I work but I didn't answer. How can the people get this information.

I also  i got a phonecall 2day from these ***holes his name was Kevin he said I owed $ for some type of loan that I never heard of so I told him that I have an attorney in the family and I would give him all his ibfo so that I can see what this is he said if an attorney contacts me I cant give u a break I said well I don't do anything over the phone without proof I said e-mail me info he said ok I never got it

same thing happened 2 me its a fake the persons name was kevin

I went through exactly the same thing I had 2 get an attorney cause the calls don't stop most of them sound indian but this call he was American instead of scamming people they should go out 2 work just like the rest of us we work hard for our salary and these ***holes think they r the law

Received a call from this number, claiming to enforcing a court settlement regarding bounced checks to a payday loan company.  When I asked who the checks were written to, the representative became very belligerent, and very rude.  In the end, she told me "good luck in court" and hung up.  At no time did she:

-Identify herself, or who she was representing
-She called my cell phone WITHOUT prior consent
-She did not indicate any type of relevant information that would indicate recovering a debt.

I believe this is a phishing scam, or at worst, an attempt at identity fraud.
