They are awful When I asked "Kevin Rivers" what ARM stands for, he told me "Accounts receivable management", which is a legitimate company.

He's right, only the federal government can garnish your wages and I worked with the government. Don't let him fool everybody he work with the collection agency, yeap.

Just got call telling me that I will go to court.   They did have my last 4 digits of ssn

Got a call from a 888-710-4237 I did not answer because I was busy at the time.  They left an automated voicemail stated a claim number and wanted to inform all parties involved with the case. (First off what f**king case?)  They have never sent me a piece of mail.  So I called the number they left on my voicemail 855-935-3681.  A man named Mathew Brooks answer, I told him I was calling about the automated voicemail I got left on my phone.  He said o you must be ***** ******** My Name!  how would he know my name when I didn't even tell him?  Then I asked him what this was in reference to he wanted me to confirm the last four on my SSN I told him no I need to know who is supposedly making a claim or whatever you are calling about.  He said I can not do that until I get you to confirm who you are.  I said how about my birthday  I can tell you that or my address.  He said no he can not do that it has to be my SSN.  I said ok how about this you give me your business information I will call my lawyer before I confirm anything with you!   He was kind of shocked!  He said I work for Account Receivable Management otherwise known as ARM.  I asked him for the address P.O. Box 903 Getzville, NY 14068.  I said ok he said will you just confirm the last four so I can talk to you about it!  He said mam I am looking at your whole SSN right in front of me.  I said ok why don't you read it off to me?  He said I am not going to do that I said ok then I will not confirm until my lawyer tells me its okay!   He said mam I have all of your information I said ok ill confirm my birthday.  He said no I said I will call you back when I talked to my lawyer he said ok I'll give you my direct line.  I said okay!!  716-256-1819  So needless to say I didn't get ahold of my lawyer but I left him a message when I went to call back it rang until it went to voicemail.  It wasn't even him on the voicemail it was some woman!!  I am so confused it sounds like a scam I know I have bills to pay off but I am working with almost all my collection companies right now and we have a great connection and my bills are being paid off.

These people are just the snake under the snake under the rock. Still no verification of debt even though I asked for one to be sent to my current address since they obviously have it.

Do not give them any information! These guys are a scam. I have a notbook with EVERY number that calls and leaves this kind of information. They all have the same story, the same information and after the guys with the indian accents call they get someone with a normal american english voice to call. They tell you they need your attornies fax number to send them the court information. . .Don't give them ANYTHING! I asked them to confirm my ssn and they said they couldn't. I said, "you called me, you can verify my information to me", the guy says, "I can't do that in case we have the wrong person". I told him when he was ready to confirm my information for me then I would talk to him. Otherwise, mail any information you have to the address you have on file. So far, nothing.

Really.. you got a letter because in your message you said you got a call. Which is it, I believe you are part of the scam gang.  

I keep getting a call from this number, but it is for my father who died in 2009, and apparently was able to take out some sort of loan in 2012 and did not pay it back.  I offered to show them my father's death certificate with a date of death in March 2009, and got cussed at.  I admit, had to laugh that those fools

TIRED of these non stop calls from 8887104273 reording for another person to call 8559353681 .  Call everyday never leave a co name.  Report daily to FTC do not call does no good have filed complaint with  FTC consumers affairs, and now attorney general.  We have asked them to stop and they continue. Wish I could sue.

They are a debt collector representing Cashline.  They called initially saying that they were with Bank of America's fraud dept. - a lie.  They have also called family members (who are not on the loan) and told them that I am being sued for a debt, left messages on my company's general mailbox stating that I am being sued for debt, and called my boss telling him that they have a case against me for debt.  They constantly call my office and my settlement company has been trying to negotiate with them for a year.  I checked with the county court and there is no case against me.  I am filing a complaint against them today.

I put in a complaint to the FTC who turned it over to Consumer Affairs Protection Bureau so it does no good to complain.

I did a dispute because ARM told Consumer Affairs they didnt threaten to take me to court and said I refused to pay my debt. Matthew Brooks threatens me all the time concerning court, arresting me and taking my taxes. I dont owe this so called debt but they keep harrasing me. Nothing will be done to these people and its frustrating!

903-686-9035 they say they are from ARM and that the collection is for kemper payday loans, and another payday loan place.  I feel so stupid.  I'm going to cancel this payment.  I glad I found the web site.  I will report this.

A Lisa North called said I was being sued that I would be served in 2 days...I looked up county records in my town and there is nothing there. I asked who they were and she said ARM I asked who they represent and she said DJR and hung up....I called back and they answer with no company name - Just a Michael something or other - he transferred me back to the lady Lisa who said did they call you to tell you you are being sued? And hung up...who are these people?

Anyone got a physical mailing address for these ARM people?  Certified mail will not be accepted at a P.O. box.

Hmmmmm Nobody Said Anything About Buffalo NY, So How Do You Know That's Where This "Company" Is From? Seems Like A Lot Of These Mediation/Arbitration/Litigation "Firms" Are In The Greater Buffalo Area....Obviously You Must Be Trolling For Them.

I Would Contact My Bank & Dispute Any & All Charges They Made Against Your Account...That Is If You Paid With A Debit/Bank Card.

No Physical Address Available, Just PO Box...It Should Always Be A Red Flag With These "Companies" When They Don't Have A Physical Address. The Excuse Is Always That They Cannot Give Their Physical Address "For The Security Of Our Employees Due To The Nature Of Our Business".....BULLSH*T!!!  Now, A Lot Of The Scammers Are Giving A Mailing Address Cuz They Know PO Box Aint Working Any More, So They Will Use The Address Of A Kinkos Or Staples Or UPS Store, Or Even An Empty Office or Storefront In An Office Park Or Mall.

These Guys Stuck With The Initials "ARM" For What We Consider A Long Time By Normal Scammer Standards: First They Were "American Restitution & Mediation", Then "Account Receivable Management", Then "Accredited Receivables Management"....Pretty Clever Huh?  They Are Now Going By Their Newest Latest Name, "United Global Group". Still Using Various PO Boxes In The Greater Buffalo Area As Their "Address" (Amherst, Getzville, Hamburg, West New York, Etc), But Currently Using The Numbers 855-977-2132, 844-742-0011, & 855-977-2161.  If You Question/Challenge All The Name Switches & Number Changes, They Will Simply Say, "Well We Recently Purchased All Of Their Accounts & Files"......It's All Just BS On Top Of BS On Top Of BS & Covered In BS....BEWARE!!!
