I the same call from 508-556-6842 Paul Mason stating the same thing.  I thought he said NART Recovery Department but pretty much said that myself or my attorney to contact 888-732-5818. I really wish there was a way that something can be done about these people for trying to exploit money from people.

My mother just got the same message from paul mason

This is the second time in the past month I've gotten a call from these guys. There guy that left a message was named Paul Mason. I called the number and talked to some guy named David Anderson and they aren't even looking for me. They're looking for my mother. They said they couldn't share any pertinent info about the "case" but that it will be easy to clear up once I put them in contact with my mom.

I just got the same message.

this number 1 888 732 5818 Paul Mason keeps calling my teenage daughter's phone leaving threatening messages. SInce when does a teenager need an attorny to call back a debt collector?

Just got phone call from paul mason arg recovery, threatening me to go to court or jail if i don't return his phone call, is this a scam???

I got a call from Paul Mason using number 302-544-9206 stating I or my attorney need to call them immediately at 888-732-5818, never once saying who the message if for just started out with you or your attorney need to call. NARG, is a debt collecting company like Midland funding or Progressive Recovery. The work under each others LLC or company umbrella. They purchase old charged off debts for literally pennies on the 100$, then they threaten you, bully you and sound really big and scary, tell them to kiss your rosy red a$$... Remember even if a debt company buys your old debt they can make your life miserable. make sure if you are served you answer the court papers but they can not re age your debt,  if they purchase on old debt from 2009 and place it on your credit report showing open date of 2015, it by law has to drop off your credit report 7 years after the original debt from the original creditor. Not from the date the rip off company puts on there. This information can be found on Experian's website. These companies can make your credit score drop, but if you do your homework and monitor your credit reports, 7 years. Is what they do... A judge in Texas, denied Midland Funding's claims so keep monitoring your personal stuff. you can usually get all three credit reports monitored from about 15$ a month. it is well worth the money especially if you are coming to the end of your 7 year on old debts. Do not let them intimidate you, They sound big and bad but they spew a kit of BS. Do your homework, monitor your credit reports, search all your questions look at the information provided by credit reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and Transunion> also, you get a free credit report form all three agencies every 366 days, use that to dispute anything you need. And look out for fictitious, SSN's, addresses, names and phone numbers on your credit report.. if you see something on there that isn't right dispute it. mistakes are made every day, don't be afraid to stand up for you and protect your information....

This guy is an A$$, but then again, intimidation and threats is what makes him money, don't waste your time. he spends 100$ on old charged off debts by trolling files and cases with companies then tries to collect millions by threats and bullying. Know your right, put people like him out of work. don't cave but follow up on any legal items you get.,... Stay strong, these debt trolls are menacing but you can beat them at their game, know your stuff, research, ask, inquire and stay strong.

Received a call from 302-544-9206 (Paul Mason) asking me to call 888-732-5818.  I have no debt, it's impossible anyone is chasing me for past dues.

This company called my brother from 8887325818. Called the number and got the recording NE Asset Recovery. Pretty sure this is a scam.

Rec'd message from 302.544.9206 stating it was Michelle Meyers from NARG Pre-Legal trying to determine where abouts and T call 888.732.5818. They do not mention my name at all or anything g else. Did not return call.

I do not know what phone number they called from, as I am at my office and have pretty much -0- telephone reception.  But Michelle Minors called with NARG and stated that they were trying to get location information on an individual whose name is on a pre-legal document.  They did not state my name.  If it is who I think it is, the original debt was ACE cash express.  They were paid and tried to take a double payment from my checking account in 2009.  I have been contacted and threatened by several different companies over the years.  They have told me that my welfare would be suspended and I couldn't use my food stamps (don't have either)  That my Medicaid for me and my family would be suspended. (Don't have that either).  That my driver license would be suspended (hasn't happened).  They have contacted my relatives.

To get rid of this harassment I included the debt (non-debt really) in a bankruptcy when I has to file.  They are still calling me.  The last guy said that he had my bankruptcy in front of him and the debt was not included on it.  But he couldn't provide the case number of my bankruptcy and hung up on me.
The last one told me that the were going to come to my employer in St. Augustine Florida to have me served.  They have threatened this several times as well.  I haven't worked or resided in St. Augustine in over 3 years.

Robert from Recovery Department needs to hear back from either myself of my attorney... really?

What is this they collection

They left a voicemail saying:
“Hi hi my name is Lindsey Schaeffer I'm a private courier giving you a call in regards to jail documents that require your signature you're going to need to make yourself available tomorrow between the hours of 12 and five if you have any questions or you want to place a stop order on the service you must contact the filing party at 888-732-5818 again the number is 888-732-5818…”

I ignored it and blocked the number. Stupid scam artist.

I got a call from an automated system, 5 times in a row...I don't know who they are - they must be blocked!!!
