They just called me with the same stupid threat.  It was Emma Franklin calling.

Last week was call from Paul Mason and had to have my attorney contact them. This week is Audrey who claims she is a courier and I have to make myself available tomorrow 12-5 for documents. Looked up phone number and saw this.

Received a call and message same as everyone above.    I'm gonna call them and play along but give them fake numbers.  Just really trying to aggravate the heck out of them like they do all of us.  Who's in????

I received a phone call from 302-544-9206 at 12:10 pm at my office number.  It was an automated message that jumped right into a recording that stated.  We need to hear from you or your attorney today.  Call us back at 888-732-5818.

The threatened me that they were going to garnish my wages and put a hold on my bank account..very rude people

Got the same message from "Lindsey Shafer , private courier calling in regards to some sealed documents that require your signature. You need to make yourself available between the hours of 12 and 5 . Any question or to place stop order on the service from the filling party, call 8887325818"  I have gotten this message at least 3 times all from different people on a new phone that only had a temporary number at the time.

I'm down. Just got the call today, looked up the number and saw this thread. Tempted to mess with them.

I got the same call for the first time half an hour ago.

"Hi, my name is Lindsey Shaffer, I am a private courier giving you a call in regards to some documents that require your signature. You're going to NEED to make yourself available tomorrow from the hours of 12 and 5. If you have any questions, or if you want to place a stop order on this service, you MUST contact the filing party at (888) 732-5818."

That's the voice message I got about an hour ago. I ignore all 800 numbers because I have debt so when I saw that they left a 38 second-long voice message (as opposed to most only leaving a 5 second message of nothing but silence), I freaked out, thinking they were getting a lawyer or something. My boyfriend said it was most likely a scam, so he Googled the number and found this page. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I put two and two together that it was a scam. "Lindsey" didn't address my name, and said I have to be available from 12-5 tomorrow....when tomorrow is SATURDAY, plus, no company name was ever mentioned. If they call back tomorrow (I've auto-rejected them) and leave a voicemail, I'm gonna call back and mess with them.

I hate when these scammers call because they either leave you a few automated messages in a single day or try to deceive you by giving you a live operator. But no matter who calls you, they try to scare you by bringing up legal documents and how you'll need to have a lawyer on hand. Today the call said they are trying to find an individual listed on a legal documentation and to call their office today.

Just received the same exact voicemail

message cutoff and it's a male saying that I need to call back and figure this out before legal action occurs.  Calling my deceased sisters cell phone that we keep active so her children can hear her voice when they are sad

received a call FROM 201-299-4795, message "need to hear from you or your attorney by calling 888-732-5818"
No info about who they were calling for, or who or what company they were calling from. Seemed like a recorded
robo-call.

Got the same message from "Wendy Chaver"

Received a call from this number 1-888-732-5818. Voicemail left by Paul Mason with NARG Recovery. Said to give him a call or have my lawyer call him. Glad I googled his number. freaking scammer!

Received a voicemail fro 201-299-4795; no call, just a voicemail. Gave me the 888-73-5818 number. Voicemail gave no information but did tell me to call between 12 and 5 if I wanted to stop the order on service.

Called me on my cell phone while I was at work. Left a voice mail saying her name was Lindsey Shaffer and that I had important documents that needed signed....but didn't say what they were for. Smh if they keep calling me, I'll report them to the police

Private carrier: The person does not mention my name, but said that I will receive a mail tomorrow  that I need to be available  between 22 and 5 pm to receive it, to call back the number mentioned above  to stop the mail if I do not want to receive it. I do not know what she is talking about.
