Got a call from 201-299-4795 a few days ago, Message from Paul something or other, same as others "expecting a call from you or your attorney" blah,blah blah, "call 888 732-5818" Didn't say who he was calling for, didn't say what company he was calling from. Then a call from the same number (201-299-4795) from Lindsey Shaffer who says she's a private courier, "make yourself available tomorrow between 12-5 to sign for legal papers" blah,blah,blah. But wait...."if you want to stop service call 888-732-5818"
Again, no info about who she's supposedly calling for, or the company she is supposedly calling from. Everything about this says SCAM. Don't fall for it.

Received: "Hi my name is Lindsey Shafer. I'm a private courier giving you a call in regards to some sealed documents that require your signature. You're going to need to make yourself available tomorrow between the hours of 12 and 5. If you have any questions or you wanna place a stop order on the service you must contact the filing party at 888-732-5818. Again the number is 888-732-5818."

Got call from this same num. Same deal as rest. Im now texting irtitating [***] to this number, trying to piss someone off enough to get a response!!

left me a mess. reguarding important documents and to call 1-888-732-5818. didn't ask for me by name.

I got the same exact call last week, and i keep getting different calls from different numbers trying to get me to call them. it's not happening with me....

ALSO REC'D A CALL FROM A LINDSEY SCHAEFFER WITH ALL THE SAME BS.....

Received a call 716-770-1221 asking for me to call bc my deadline was set to go to court and I'm going to be served. Person's name is Stacey Berkeley. I called back and left message saying I would not give out any personal information and wanted to know what this call was specifically about, she called and left a message stating she could not leave detail information on my voice mail bc she wasn't sure if they had the correct number. Sounds like a scam! It was NARG. Should I worry or just call back and say leave me alone and your number is going to be blocked.

I keep receiving calls saying that I have a claim against my SS# and they are trying to scare me into calling another number.  I never respond and they keep telling me it is my last opportunity and I need to call my attorney.  I just want these calls to stop!!!

Got the same message about pre legal matter. They are using local number. Big scam!

Call came from (210) 899-1014.  Message that that did not state my name or who they were calling from.  This is the transcriptsd voicemail that was left.  From past experience, I'm pretty confident it's a scam:  "This is notification that _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ revealed there were several times to reach you before this finalization stage in which you or your attorney did not handle however at this point we will give you one final chance communicate with us to handle your _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ today at 888-732-5818 if we do not speak with you please understand _⁠_⁠_ recommendation will be submitted on your behalf which could lead to potential judicial remedies again _⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ _ call 888-732-5818 today thank you…”

Y'all, this person called my work and left a message with my HR department, and she messaged me about it after.  "I have a voicemail from Denise Smith, at Nationwide Process Verifications, wanting to know our process and procedures regarding delivering some legal documents to you.  Come talk to me about when you would be available to receive said documents, and I will call them back.  Thanks." This is so NOT ok...

They keep calling my 92 yo mother and leaving voicemails. They have never once called me but it’s about me? I finally dial the number and Tina answered and you could tell she was in her living room or some thing and I asked what the call was about. She never really answered the question.  And when I told her to stop calling my mother she got belligerent and said I need to go spend time with my mother! Scam alert! Obviously.
I told her to remove my mothers number from their list so I’m pretty sure that  happened right now! What a bunch of BS when people steal your information.
