This a Bogus company. They can take any legal action against anyone. That is illegal for a collection to say nor take any legal action. If legal action is taken it must come from the orignal creditor. They are very unprofessional and not aware of the illegal tackets they are using. If you want to resolve any credit issue contact the creditor and arrange something with them. These people are paid on comission so they will boost up the amount that is allgelly owed. You can also contact a lawyer and inform them of the illegal activity they are doing and the lawyer could sue the company on your behalf and Pow the debt is taken care of and they end up owing you something...

They also use a phone number from the area code you live in to trick you to answer, they have also used 253-210-2834.

a robo call.. which is calling my place of employment..  I'm not sure what this is about but I've tried to call back and ask them to stop calling my work place and have gotten nowhere... UGH? any suggestions??

This number calls and leaves no message......  What a bunch of SOB's. Called phone company and reported them.... Hope it helps but I doubt that it will.....  These are really sick people!  My bills are current and I wish to hell these stupid people would just go to helL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
