So let me make something clear since I know you will come back and read this. I work with NFA and we NEVER ask for SSN, we OFFER to pick up via Fed-Ex and if our clients choose to take another route, they are ABSOLUTELY more then welcome to use US Mail. Also we send our Welcome Packages via US MAIL! So before bashing on a company, get your facts straight. We don't require account or routing numbers, even offer our clients to cut their account numbers off of their bank over view page so they need not worry about anyone having their personal information. We are legitimate, we do the promised work and do not need any one's identity because we have our own. Why don't we just try for a moment to be mature proffesional adults here.

Government Grant Scams
The "free money" scam has been around almost as long as the human species.
It has more variations than a bulldog has wrinkles but you can count on one thing: the government (any government) does not simply give money away to individuals.
Anyone who tells you differently has larceny in his heart. If you give him your bank account number, he will soon have your funds in his pocket.

NEVER EVER PAY FOR FREE GRANTS OR INFORMATION ON GRANTS!
From FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WEBSITE ABOUT GRANT SCAMS
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/alerts/alt134.shtm
Grant scammers generally follow a script: they congratulate you on your eligibility, then ask for your checking account information so they can “deposit your grant directly into your account,” or cover a one-time “processing fee.” The caller may even reassure you that you can get a refund if you’re not satisfied. In fact, you’ll never see the grant they promise; they will disappear with your money.
The FTC says following a few basic rules can keep consumers from losing money to these “government grant” scams:
Don’t give out your bank account information to anyone you don’t know. Scammers pressure people to divulge their bank account information so that they can steal the money in the account. Always keep your bank account information confidential. Don’t share it unless you are familiar with the company and know why the information is necessary.
Don’t pay any money for a “free” government grant. If you have to pay money to claim a “free” government grant, it isn’t really free. A real government agency won’t ask you to pay a processing fee for a grant that you have already been awarded — or to pay for a list of grant-making institutions. The names of agencies and foundations that award grants are available for free at any public library or on the Internet. The only official access point for all federal grant-making agencies is www.grants.gov.
Look-alikes aren’t the real thing. Just because the caller says he’s from the “Federal Grants Administration” doesn’t mean that he is. There is no such government agency. Take a moment to check the blue pages in your telephone directory to bear out your hunch — or not.
Phone numbers can deceive. Some con artists use Internet technology to disguise their area code in caller ID systems. Although it may look like they’re calling from Washington, DC, they could be calling from anywhere in the world.
Take control of the calls you receive. If you want to reduce the number of telemarketing calls you receive, place your telephone number on the National Do Not Call Registry. To register online, visit www.donotcall.gov. To register by phone, call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY: 1-866-290-4236) from the phone number you wish to register. - fell for it, stupid no more replies to lamet| 2 repliesmonths after sending money, no business plan, no grant proposal, after they get your money, no response. SOME OF THEIR LIES and VEILED DISCLAIMERS THAT YOU DON"T FIND OUT ABOUT UNTIL AFTER FEDEX'ED CHECK HAS CLEARED;
NFA LIES about Business Grants
Thousands of small businesses and for-profit entities have contacted National Financial Advisors this year to inquire about the grant funding opportunities for capital purchases and business start-up that they had heard about on TV. Despite the promises of “free money” and “unlimited grants for debt relief and business development” from advertisers trying to sell costly books and training, it does not take long for those who contact our offices to uncover the truth behind the hype and gimmicks:
At National Financial Advisors, we believe that the “free money” hype does nothing more than create false hope and waste our clients’ time and resources. In order to better serve you and prevent potential disappointment, National Financial Advisors has researched and assessed the grant funding trends of businesses and related for-profit entities over the past several years. This process has enabled our consultants to sift through the hype and uncover the true funding opportunities in which businesses are most likely to acquire.
National Financial Advisors is proud to offer an affordable service system that is designed to support businesses and for-profit entities to identify and acquire grant funding. Determining one’s grant eligibility and potential likelihood of acquiring a grant is an important first step of this service system, which is provided free of charge by National Financial Advisors. A simple phone call to our corporate office – or an e-mail inquiry will help us understand the business services you are/will be providing and will help us determine if there are grants available for this type of business; what other low interest loan/grant resources are available if professional grant development services are not a worthwhile investment or option; and what the next steps should be to either pursue funding through the National Financial Advisors service system or independently. Our consultants are trustworthy and will honestly and reliably tell you the truth regarding your potential ability and likelihood of acquiring grant funding as opposed to trying to sell you worthless books and useless services.
If a potential business client is deemed grant eligible, National Financial Advisors is then able to offer an array of affordable services to support the client in identifying the right grant opportunities to go for as well as in developing and submitting proposals to obtain grant funding with little time and investment from the client.
These business development and capacity building services include, but are not limited to:
Grant Research Services
After thoroughly discussing your financial and business growth needs, a consultant will research upcoming funding opportunities and will develop a detailed report of grant, loan, procurement, and venture capital funding competitions for which you are eligible to apply and likely to be awarded. Depending on the type of funding your organization needs, the ‘Grant Research Opportunity’ (GRO) report will typically include anywhere from 20 funding competitions to 50 plus. We only put the most appropriate funding opportunities in the report which will reduce time and future research efforts as you prepare your annual grant development schedule with our staff. This also places you in our grant alert system so that when new grants come out, we will alert you and offer you consulting in making the decision whether to go for the grant or not -- free of charge. The report development process takes us up to four weeks to complete, at which time we will e-mail you your GRO report and then engage in a conference call to thoroughly review the report, prioritize the funding opportunities, and establish your grant schedule for the year.
Development of a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Incorporation Application (Exclusive Package Only)
Many organizations will find that it is much easier to pursue and acquire grant funding if they register as a non-profit corporation (as appropriate). The process of acquiring a non-profit corporation certificate, however, is extremely time consuming and technical. Our consultants can help by developing the entire 501(c)(3) application package for state and federal IRS submission, which includes bylaws and articles of incorporation at an affordable flat fee rate.
Business Plan Development
A detailed business plan and marketing analysis report will be developed for your organization which will enhance your ability to qualify for SBA and other low interest loans.
Development of a Grant/Procurement/Funding Proposal
National Financial Advisors offers professional grant proposal writing services that include the collaborative planning of the grant program design, development of the full narrative and budget, and submission of the proposal.
After discussing your needs with one of our consultants, an affordable price will be quoted to you so that you can discuss this investment with your board and staff - B- at BBB replies to fell for it, stupid no morewhen will nfa hit A+ with BBB

"National Financial Advisors has provided us with advice which has been key to our rapid growth. They have up to date and detailed knowledge of their field and provide a friendly efficient service. There are so many puffed up, useless offers in the field of grant writing that not a day goes by I am not grateful we found National Financial Advisors. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want to grow your business, contact National Financial Advisors."

"National Financial Advisors created a great web site for my business. They worked with us to fully realize our vision. If you're looking for quality work and great customer service - look no further. National Financial Advisors is a Home Run!"
Bob Littsfield - Advanced Electric Co.
"When our organization turned its attention to grant writing, it became obvious that we did not have the time or the staff that was required to research and conduct a successful grant writing campaign. We were recommended to the team at National Financial Advisors. We found the perfect company who would understand all about us and outside contacts/partners/collaborators. We submitted a successful FIRST FIVE COMMISSION proposal under their expert guidance. Thereafter, we developed an action plan for researching, writing and submitting grants on a monthly basis...and it, too, was successful. We thank this team for its dedication to their clients and the community."

NFAgroupFRAUD@gmail.com - happy "Customer" replies to JD| 3 repliesTo All, i am a happy customer , i've been with them for 10 months.
I would like to state for the record. (after reading these posts)
NFA never guaranteed me grant money! they explained to me that they will assist my company in locating funding and help me to receive it.
Their agreement clearly states this! As well as it states there are no refunds. For those unhappy customers: a lil advice : READ B4 U SIGN.
And ask questions. Seems to me that most of you complaining are just misinformed. NFA is a third party they cannot legally guarantee you will receive any amount by law.
Hiring a company to research grants is somewhat of a gamble. And you should never spend what you cant afford to lose. For my business i viewed the expense as i would "Advertising". It may pay off or it might not! But i wont know unless i try.

- kathie replies to JDI too was contacted by this company called National Financial Advisors. They have been calling my business phone for months. One day I decided to hear what they said so I pressed 1 and they took my phone number and called me back. I asked the lady if it was a scam and why they wanted money up front. She told my that it wasn't a scam and they needed the money to get started on the paperwork for the grant. She said they would not get paid if the paperwork wasn't done. I believed them. She faxed me the information and on the information it said that we qualified for $136,000.00 and I needed to give them a decision right away. I told her to call me back tomorrow and I would give her my answer. In the meen time I had my accountant do some investigating and he told me it was a scam. He said they would ask for picture id's and bank statements. If I would have sent them the information we would have had nothing in our account and probably would have had many bills made from our credit. Please be careful and fully check out anything that is free.
