Contact your bank.

Banks will sometimes transfer recurring charges to the new card number.  You will first need to straighten this out with your bank.  You will also need to straighten this out with Amazon.

Ive done that like 3x and have gotten like 4+ new cards

Already did this, happened again.

Well, if the bank isn't cooperating then change banks.

I got charged 8.99 from Prime Video. I have an Amazon Prime account which is charged correctly to a different card and is listed as AMAZON Prime and is legitimate. This PrimeVideo is NOT Amazon. I've filed a claim with my bank.

Why exactly should we believe you instead of everyone else who has posted here? You just sound like a shill with your repeated insistence that this is a valid Amazon phone number.

I've got 4 charges with this phone number in the reference since December for 99¢, and then $8.99 three times. I'll be canceling my card tomorrow.

I too had multiple fraudulent charges from this "Prime" 5 different charges from $ 9.99-19.99 totaling $79.95….trying to make it look like amazon, but it's not because I don't have an Amazon account (Only my husband does)…. number is dead. Called CC company they canceled my card

Fraudulent charges on credit card, did not call number but the number was included with the vendor name

a charge from prime video showed up on bank statement, did not purchase anything from prime video, looked
it up on my Amazon account and it shows cbs all access prime video purchase and it  charged 6.54 to bank acct. called amazon to review and cancel this as it was never ordered. call regular Amazon customer service number to report this, DO NOT CALL THIS 888-802-3080 number for assistance.  Call your bank and report the fraud after cancel with Amazon.

Fake Amazon prime digital purchase charged me $6.89. The number is active again.

Currently in dispute of over $600 in charges going back several months.  Happened during Christmas buying season where it's easy to lose track of spending.  Check your statements and charges!!  Daily checking is a good thing!!  FRAUD!!!
No one ever called us; charges just showed up and looked like Amazon charges.

Just had this number with the same looking charges on my account. But now they seems to be using Amazon Kids Plus... how the hell are they getting the card info to even make the purchase?!

5/12/21  I just got hit with $14.99 on my card for Amazon music & my card statement says its from 888-802-3080 i called & its asking me to enter my cell # so they can text me back ! so i hung up & googled the number & looks like fake Amazon & had to call my bank & they cancelled my card & send me a new card # be careful Peeps DJMM
