If you are still getting false charges after getting that many new cards, you might want to look closer at some of the places you use the cards and see if there is a pattern between those places and the charges.  Card skimming may also be an issue if you use it often in devices you shop at or get gas.

Banks are only required to refund up to 60 days from the time that they are notified.  You certainly won't be getting 3 years of charges refunded.  I don't see how you didn't make sure what the charge was the first time it hit.

Sometimes banks will transfer recurring charges to the new card.  I don't know why they would do that if they were notified that the charge was in error.  Your suggestions were good ones also.

If I replied yes to their text confirmation. What do I need to do. I actually spoke to someone but gave no personal information, just the code on prime video charge and reported that he has cancelled the charges. Didn't realize later that it was a scam.

I had multiple charges for Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Amazon Prime. Some were the same amount but usually somewhere between $10-$15. I don't have subscriptions with any of these, so I cancelled that card.

Same here...a charge for $15.81 for Kindle. I did not order. And the amount is small enough that many people would ignore it and pay. Not me. Cancelling card now.

Noticed small random charges from Prime Video 888-802-3080.  Assumed it was Amazon but couldn’t match up the charges with anything in memory.  Read the warning in Google, called the bank and canceled the card.  In the interim started using a subsequent card on the account.  Now the same random charges with the same reference to Prime Video and 888-802-3080 are back.  I would imagine that they will get the replacement card information eventually too.

WA 888-802-3080 Amazon Music. 2 transaction for $9.99.
I don't use Amazon music nor have any of subscription services. They refund one without asking my info but never refund the second one.  I told my bank it's a fraud. She act like it was my fault.  She don't know the difference from subscription membership services, pay as you go , card can't be removed on file, automatic bill payment. Etc. I closed my card and waited for new one.

This is a legit number. I have a charge hit my cc statement each month for an added discovery plus option through Amazon Prime. The charge hits seperately than my monthly Amazon Prime charge. You can easily go to your Memberships and Subscriptions tab in your amazon account and see it. Of course, there is tax to added to it.
