Says ordered prime video but I did not

Several charges ranging from $3.99 to $14.99...  calling credit card company number now to have those reversed.

Just went through all this yesterday. Aggravating to say the least.

Two charges on my credit card statement that definitely were not mine. The number given was 888-802-3080. There is a third charge that was made after the statement closed. My advice is CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS thoroughly. tm

Husbands card got charged 9.99. We have Netflix, he doesn't use Amazon. Definitely fraudulent.

Not only did they charge me, but after my bank changed my credit card number, they continue to charge me.

Ok, I dug deeper into my subscriptions and I found a subscription that was legitimate. I think these were legitimate charges.

You had to dig deeper? How many layers of subscriptions do you have that you forgot 1?

this new scam is where the merchant pretends to be Amazon.com or Prime Video and charges your credit card or debit card multiple times. On your bill, it appears as something like:

AMZN Digital *2P0XQ 888-802-3080 WA 8/9/2021 (...7610) - $35.00
AMZN Digital *2P2NJ 888-802-3080 WA 8/9/2021 (...7610) - $20.00
AMZN Mktp  (...7610) - $146.65 (still pending)
AMZN Mktp  (...7610)  - $22.62 (still pending)

You would assume these charges were from Amazon or Prime Video but they're from the scammer PRETENDING TO BE AMAZON. If you call that number to dispute the charge, the fake Amazon.com employee will answer the phone and ask you for all the details - your name, billing address, debit card or credit card number, and then hang up immediately. They even record your voice!...
I verified this number 888-802-3080 DOES NOT EXIST WITH AMAZON.COM ...

Also, my 7610 bank card was NEVER affiliated with Amazon.

Just discovered this number stealing from me for the last three weeks. They had accrued nearly $550 out of my checking account using the same fake “AMZN” naming structure mentioned by everyone else. My bank immediately reversed the charges and recognized this as a common fraud. Thank God for that. But what a world we live in…

I have 2 $50 charges on my bank statement.

They just hacked my account put a bogus charge of 12.95 vendor name prime video.

Thank goodness for this 800notes service to alert me to this fraud.  They are still doing this as of August2021.  We got a charges for Amazon Digital, Prime Video in August2021.  Card is now cancelled thanks to all folks reporting this scam/fraud.

888-802-3080 is still at it... scamming their way through life. Such sad individuals that they need to steal $4.27 from a child's bank account... very sad. That is the number that is listed on the bank statement and the false "Amazon Prime Video" charge. Pathetic.
