These people are a SCAM.  They called my mother and stated they were from children's protective services and needed my address.  These people are the lowest. I called and requested they file the summons because my employer who is an attorney stated that he would counter sue this company. The guy I spoke to stated that it would be better if  I "settle". These people are a joke and it is time that honest people who have fallen on hard times stand up and speak out. I am not a dead beat but in the past I fell on hard times but I paid this loan 3 times over with the renewal fees.  Lets speak out and end this fraud.

Recorded message attempted to scare me into calling back but I'm sure my friend left my number years ago and now that the debt has been paid a collections agency is still attempting to get some money; maybe a percentage (piece of the action) if money is collected.  Since the debt has been paid I don't believe my friend should pay anymore even if the collection agency doesn't have information that the debt was paid years ago. Might be RAJ Servicing 888-841-0404.

I received 3 calls from this phone # that also intimated that I was being investigate for fraud... if my name was Gale G...  I called the number & told the "Mr. Jones" who answered that noo ne by that name has ever lived at my # & in fact they had the last name the wre seeking altogether wrong.  "Mr. Jones" then proceeded to tell me that I "Had a serious attitude problem".REALYLY??? doe sthat work for you????  Hung up on the A$$hole. disregard this # & Any jerks who might call from it!!!!

Wow Joan? You can tell by your message that you are Highly educated and Well paid by this lowlife agency. First, you cannot call from an UNKNOWN listing and threaten people by leaving messages on a voicemail. Secondly, you cannot leave Personal information on a voicemail without Confirming you have the right party. I received a voicemail from a Mark Sloan, stating he was with RHA Legal Servicing, gave a case # and Name of a person who I know nothing about. You ARE the Fraud as well as illegally opening up fraud by sharing personal information on a number that is not the person you are calling for. So, IF you would like to own up to the company you are working for and Look deeper into your Canned Statements and practices, you too would see that you are a Fly by Night Scam group who does nothing more than try and scare people into paying a debt that is not owed. Buy as many debts as you want, I don't have any.

I received a call from an UNKNOWN number which I won't answer. It went straight to voicemail. My message does not state our name or number and yet this guy left a message. The gentleman spoke very well and indicated he was with RHA Legal Servicing, Name Mark Sloan (From Grey's Anatomy??), Left a name of a person and a Case number stating he would be sending a summons to court. To call 888-841-0404 ext 628. Not responding would not stop or delay legal action. Really? I feel for the person as he is now part of a legal fraud and leaving Personal Information on some unknown persons voicemail, you just committed a crime. I don't know the person and will not be calling you back Mr. Sloan. I wish I could block this number and Rachel from Card Services as I get calls All the time with companies trying to fraud you out of money or gain personal information. I will contact my bank if I want a Credit Card and I have Never taken out a payday loan. I have had this number for 16 years, But since they come in as Unknown, the caller ID cannot block the number. I wish you could Block Unknown numbers.

My mom received a voicemail from this company. They had my last name completely wrong but my first name is not a common name at all so I was somewhat concerned. The voicemail stated that I had 48 hours for me or my attorney to contact them regarding my "pending allegations" or they would take further action. I am glad I googled this number and read all of these posts. I will not be calling them back.

This company faxed my job a verification request, only to obtain my current address and telephone number WTF... SERIOUSLY!!!! They're working really hard for minimum wage salary employees. I guess they take their job seriously!

This is the exact message  I got, this phone number is my father phone for over 30 years, last name is connected to 100's of same last name in the book. This Mr. Sloan left a horrible message looking for that person and also pending court date and they were going to file - that this person needs an attorney and  all kinds of horrible threatening stuff -- I felt sorry for this person, but who to contact--they sound so for real but block every thing as if to hide who they are.

i got the same call. First by a guy named Charles Jablowski then a guy named Mark Sloan. I dont even owe on a payday loan. These people are very convincing, but rude when you let them know you are on to them.

They called my mom and left a completely different persons social and case number in the message. How irresponsible, I really hate debt collectors, judging people for not having jobs just because they sold their soul to the devil.

I want to give everyone some inside information...These people that call are nothing more than collection agencies. I used to work for one of these shady collection agencies or ' Firms' that they also called themselves in order to appear more legit.   You would not believe some of the scare tactics we used in order to get people to pay up. They try to scare you by saying they're gonna come to your house or your work to be served a summons to appear in court, etc,etc...A lot of times they will try to verify your home address or work address to con you into thinking they are actually coming to get you!

These people will do their best to bend the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practice Act) without actually breaking it, but the more shady collections agencies will a lot of times flat out violate the FDCPA!

Best advice is to read up on the FDCPA (there's plenty of info online) and be prepared the next time you receive a call from one of these slimeball companies, and put them in their place!

Just received this threatening phone call from RAJ Servicing about an investigation also. I asked their company name three times and she finally told me. She said she was looking for some person, I told her she had the wrong number, and she took my name and number off their list....it was that simple.
I had a loan once, paid it off and they're still trying to collect on it, like the balance will never go away....I won't support a company with money I don't owe.
Funny how they can just call, harrass, threaten you and try to collect on people that don't owe any money.
There must be laws against this kind of operation, that threatens you, takes money from you that you don't owe, and makes you feel like sh*t. I'm not Blind and I'm not Stupid either.

This place uses illegal collection practices to try to get money about debet that you do not owe.let them take you to court so that they can pay you insted of you paying them.

I was told i was going to jail for writing several checks that bounced. This not true. The man hollered and screamed at me. He was very unprofessional. I requested information to be sent to my house he refused he said he can email it to me.
