Same experience...same message.

The name of the company is PR.business. Legit business scammy sales tactic

Those phone numbers are randomly selected local numbers, intended to make people pick up because they think they're getting a call from someone in their local area. Unfortunately, some of these numbers might actually belong to unwitting innocent people, who then get lots of return calls and hate messages.

You know it's a robocall scam, when you and your Amazon colleagues are getting identical voice messages from a guy claiming that your business can't be found via the Alexa service. Smh. This company does not work for Amazon and is not affiliated with Amazon at all, I can be quite sure of that.

How do I contribute to this cause?

I doubt that post has any legitimacy for starters.  Now if it truly is a US Based Business like that person claims, then why did she not provide that information?  There are much better ways to get back at a business like that, ones that actually cost it money.

Just got this via a local spoofed number:

“Hey this is Paul I'm so sorry to bother you again I have sent a couple messages last week for those open spots in the Amazon Alexa network remember for example when someone says hey Alexa I need a plumber mechanic shop or any type of service to your company is not showing up so I wanted to follow up on more time with you before the last few spots fill up and you have to pay full price so give me a call here at 888-841-8164 and he still have a need we can go over the details and get everything set up for your business it is free to see if you qualify so again you can reach me here at 888-841-8164"

Called back in response to paul's call and told the guy who answered to go forth and reproduce with himself.

They SPOOFED caller ID number 515-602-8630. Recorded message: "for some reason your business isn't showing up with us. call quickly to reserve one of our last spots. blah.. blah.. blah..." AMAZON ALEXA NETWORK

I got this call twice about not being on the Alexa network. I called them back to confirm they are indeed PR.Business and proceeded with sending them a demand letter for $1500 for violating the TCPA and the Do Not Call registry.

Paul from Alexa wants to add my company.  Of course, I don't own one.  Spoofed as a local phone number.

Why just $1500? You have 2 calls and 2 DNC violations since they called you more than once in a 12 month period.  I would have sent a $3000 demand. Does your state have telemarketing sales requirements? You should have added those as well. Best of luck .

Paul now has a helper, whose name I couldn't understand, also calling from a local spoofed number.  He wants to list me with Siri and Google, and gives the same callback number of 888-841-8164.
