They are based in NY. Have HUNDREDS of complaints filed against them. Wouldn't waste your time taking their calls.

The HOOKER that called me from this number brought up my child. Crossed the line. Beyond. Called my attorney, AG, BBB. Love to meet these scumbags.

My parents have been receiving several phone calls from this company saying I wrote a check, but I don't use checks for anything and never wrote one!! They said something about an online payday loan that I never took out n threatened to serve me with papers if I didn't pay them $1500 by 4pm! Then stated they were issuing a nationwide warrant! Once I started questioning this guy who never told me his name he began cursing at me!! So rude!!! It's a scam don't fall for it!!! Y called from 8888470170 ext 107

I just got a call at my job from a legal aid secretary who handels the calls for the legal aids. I was put on hold for 5 mins, then this guy named Tim Dobkins gets on line and tells me he is here to help me and they don't do this for everyone.............. this is my last chance to settle this before it goes to court for way more than I supposedly owed. I ask him who he is working for and he said he is the mediator, then I ask him to send it writing. He started getting a little short then and kept pressing for me to settle this with him before it gets bad. I told him I will forward it to my attorney, then he goes well just give me the attorneys information and I will send it to them instead of me to speed things up. I told him no, just send me it in writing and I will take it from there. All the while he kept telling me time is running out and I need to settle this today but he will give me until tom., after that good luck cause your going to need it and hung up. I have tried to look this company up and nothing comes back legit. Who are these people?

I received a call from this company from a Samantha Evans at my place of employment politely asked the to not call my place of employment. She proceeded to call back harassing me then left a threatening vm. When I called back I spoke to a rudean that refused to send me anything let alone take my fax number! He just kept yelling at me. I reported them and will go from there they are nasty rude people that's use scare tactics to bully people

They called me early today with a recorded message saying I had till the end of the business day to call them back left no number or way to contact them. They them called my work again spoke to my boss and claimed I would be served today between 2-4. I contacted the court system they have no case in my name or Judgment against me furthermore there's no process servers by the name Michelle Johnson in my county. I closed out my bank account in case they try that and if they call here I again I was directed to call the police via the courts and bank

No one ever showed up to actually serve me, and I have yet to find a case against me in the court system here. I obtained legal counsel and when the attorneys paralegal contacted the office they (with out proof of any) gave out all kinds of personal info they are legally not allowed to give to just anyone ) my attorney then personally attempted to contact them multiple times today and was unable to reach any one.

I'd also like to point out I never took out this loan they claim I had. They Told me they emailed me documents and gave me an email address that is not mine that the sent these alleged documents. Samantha Evans(the first women I spoke with) left a vm on my phone which I saves calling me ( and this is the hilarious part) rude, disrespectful, unintelligent, and threatened to have me arrested. As well as continuing to call my place of work multiple times harassing me after I specifically told her she was not welcome to contact me there. If I owed them I'd pay them as I do all my bills and any debt I've occurred but as I have not taken out this alleged loan I refuse to even attempt to deal with this on that level. It's become a issue of harassment and slander ( as the discussed this issue openly with my coworkers when they called my office)

Thank you, I have report them to the bbb and the FTC. I've been advised to file complaints with a few other agencies as well as the attorney general which I have. I am sad to say this but I am glad I am not alone. I've been digging on them for the past few days and found all kinda of stuff apparently they think everyone's stupid and won't question them

Years tho now I have changed my info with my bank. I've also been advised if they continue to contact me to call the police and File telephonic harassment. My mother is a paralegal and works for the county here I know my rights as well as my friend who is in debt collection so I'm fully aware this is a

I want to file a complaint with this company!!! How can I?? They have harassed me, my fiancée, and my landlord.

yes I got calls from this number so they are not legal how can you find out so they can be stopped

Not only have I received their threatening calls and VM's , but my family is getting same harassment!! I've told the caller from the company already that my SS number and drivers licence was stolen from me years ago AND i filed a police report when it happened.i don't have any debts to pay and i certainly do not owe these [***] a damn thing! I feel for the rest of u but Im so glad Im not the only one !! Im going to file a complaint against the [***] company calling me from that #!

Rothman Mediation Services contacted my supervisor today telling him that a warrant was issue for my arrest on Monday and they will come to my place of employment.  First of all, they will not call you to tell you they are arresting you, it just happens. Second, they flat out lied to me when I told them what he relayed to me as their message.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC complaint bureau.  I think it's ridiculous that these companies threaten anyone with jail time for an unpaid debt.  You cannot go to jail over old debt.  If that were the case, 90% of the US would be in jail..
