No no one has actually been served. These guys are a scam as after doing all I did and calling them out they never showed. Today 6 months after my lay encounter I recieved a call from a sai Valdez who was a summons server who wanted to inform me I was going to be served at work tomorrow and if I called a a number and gave me case number I could avoid. I asked what company she worked for and she said it was private. I asked what company was hiring her and she said she wouldn't know until tomorrow just new the phone number and case number odd? She only gave me half the number then got mad I was asking questions. I said I'd contact the court to find this summons and she claimed I couldn't because it wouldn't be out till tomorrow. She also said that when she came to serve me my manager had to sign off on the summons. I called [***] and and she got mad so I hung up! These people are all a scam that get your info whenever you shop online or file anything online! They use scare tactics to attempt to frighten you into paying. None of it is legal or true
