Yes you can report them to the Do Not Call Registry.  If you have your number listed on the list, and a telemarketer call you on that listed number you can report it.  I have it a few times, but in terms of them doing anything is another story

This number call and say you have a negative balance on your paypal account and ask for your Credit card # or bank info so they can clear my paypal account. I called the Paypal and i was told these people are scam and paypal never try to collect money like that. Anyway the thing was that I don't even owe anything to Paypal !!!

This number called, claiming to be Paypal. I said I looked up the number and read it is a scam. Person I will patch you through to our security deppt. and I hung up. I called Paypal, and they said that is not one of their numbers and I should block it. No reports of Paypal trying to call on Paypal systems. Do NOT give them any enough, NONE!

It is definitely PayPal. I had a customer dispute charges which caused chargebacks to my account. Unfortunately for PayPal, I had already transferred all of the money in the PayPal account and switched to Square prior to the disputed chargebacks, so when they attempted to recoup the funds, the account was already closed and there was no bank account to recover them from. But PayPal has been calling ever since, trying to collect the amount that was disputed. It is most definitely PayPal.

It's just another scammer who picked up another phone number to scam.
To the PayPal lady getting scammed - you're going to have a tough life and empty bank if you keep answering these calls.

This is some dirtbag trying to sell a get rich quick scheme, and I never filled out jack on his crap website. I hate robo calls, these people should be prosecuted!

This number IS actually PAYPAL.

Verizon caller ID has it marked as potential scam when this number calls. I called it back and it took me to Paypal collection. I don't even have a Paypal account so I just blocked the number since it calls 3-5x a day.

Never had pay pal. I never buy anything on line. Scam as far as I'm concerned. Plus I never give my cell number out.

Pretending to be Pay Pal, we verified with their security people that this in no Pay Pal number, Furthermore, we just opened a merchant account with the Real Pay Pal, and have not even used it. They are trying to get morsels of information so they can go after the real target--your customer's secured information. They also have paid posters that post fake testimonials - dont risk it- call Pay Pal on a known number, explain the call, and see for yourself. SCAMMERS

RoboKiller blocked a call from this number to my cell phone as spam, which I am inclined to believe since the that was number called is not the phone number I have associated with my PayPal account and I just logged in and confirmed that everything is a-okay with my PayPal account.
