Myself or my husband have never taken a loan out so I don't know why these people are calling me.  I have had my phone number for 6 years so it can't be that.  I just hang up, hopefully the calls will stop.

This message Is for anyone wanting to know about this CDR company. I do a lot of research as well when 800 numbers call my phone. This company Is real however making phone calls and threatening court and other things Is wrong. I took out a loan with cash net usa and was only able to pay them half but when I lost my job they sent It to collections. I called them and they said they sold my Info to DMP and gave me thier phone number I then called DMP and they said they sold my claim to CDR and gave me the phone number to which the CDR people had called me with. I wanted to make sure this company was real and It does appear to be real their just rude people. I'm not sure If they can send you to court I think they say that so they can get you to pay something on your debt. However I made arrangements with them and they gave me a huge discount. My advice never apply for any of these payday loans ever again. I know I won't and clean up your credit report.

I got a call saying "Call us RIGHT NOW to get the full details on how to end up with good credit" and saying to call back on 888 399 3744.  Not gonna do it.  Wouldn't be prudent.  More scammy debt collectors.

Everyone has bebts dude!  Yeah they are doing their job but not in a professional manner!  Be real!

I tried to contact the original company...Cash Net USA. They told me they sold my debt to Debt Management Partners at 800-883-9067 and that they no longer had my account...I had to contact this other company to clear it up. When I called Debt Management Partners, they said they sold my account to Cred X (aka CDR) at 888-900-1677. They gave me 24 hours to come up with a down payment on my debt or they would send it off to an attorney's office and a summons would be issued. My boyfriend has similar debt with the same initial company. He was surved a court summons today and they are adding hundred of dollars in attorneys fees and court costs to the amount that was due. I'm trying to reach them so this doesn't happen to me, but no one is answering now. Maybe in the morning.

I've been contacted by them too... Cash Net USA was apparently the original holders of the loan though I was Enlisted in the US Army at the time it was supposedly taken out and then sold to Debt Management Partners... I never heard anything about Cred X though.  I'm very worried about giving them any money...

THIS same company, only referred to as CDR....has recently been calling me at work and saying it is in regards to a court date and VERY important they speak to me etc etc!!!!  They called my friend recently (gave her number as a reference regarding a pay day loan)...I told them not to call at work.....now I am receiving automated calls !!!!  glad I found these postings.......

OMG.....samw people who threaten me with court etc!!!!!  I'm not even sure WHICH debt this is in regard to but I think it is from an unpaid payday loan last year!  I called the number late at night and it says "Credex Debt Recovery"

Desperate people do desperate things......like payday loans.....only to discover that the "fees" added are astronomical!   The fees keep adding up until it is impossible to pay them back......  Don't be so quick to judge others.....it might come back to bite you some day.....

These people have been harassing me at work for months.  I finally answered Monday, 5/16/2011, after they called my work phone 5 times back to back.  As soon as I answered I said, "you are NOT permitted to ever call my work again" and the man on the line said "oh yes I am".  I then hung up on him and he called back 5 more times back to back.  Now today, Friday, 05/20/2011, the same guy called 5 times back to back and left a message the last time threatening me.  I am seriously considering filing a harassment charge with the police.  By law, they have to stop calling your job if you specifically ask them not to.

This company is a scam at there worst. I had a $300.00 loan they told me I owed $1750.00 on after 1 year. I did some research on this company and they are nothing but lies and scams. My attorney said that it is illegal for them to jack the balance up to $1750.00. Dont trust them, they are liars and thieves.

You are mislead. This company is pure evil. I know this because I sued them and won. THey are low lifes and losers.

i  returned a call to them  and they wanted the last  4 of my social. i would not give it . I asked what type of company  and  one rep said i dont have to talk toyou and hung up on me.. yes i said hung up on me.  so i called back  the next rep was just as nasty and rude.
