It's funny how they say "Good luck to you".  In reality, because I know the law and their freaking inabilities to complete anything that they have been dishing out to my friend.  I believe future or perspective people in the future should say to them; "NO - Good luck to you"!

On our end - the Attorney General has been called as well as the Attorney General for Florida.  You also have the ability to file a claim against them on professional conduct within your state.  It will be addressed in the appropriate manner based upon the state.

All of their actions are not in for one their best interest to get people to pay; as well as makes them look like fools!

So - "H&P Capital - Good luck to you"  Your boss should learn some new business tactics because you're probably going to go belly up.  I also noted that you're looking for potential employees to sell you bull.

That's funny - apparently you cannot keep staff with your inabilities to collect on that debt you bought.  STUPID!!!

Does anyone have an address for these people?  They have been calling me and I have discussed it with an attorney.  They said that they would send them a letter telling them that I would deal with them and not to contact me further.  I will only work with the place that I owe the debt to.  I can't seem to find an address for them

I received a call from H and P Capital concerning some checks from a couple of payday loan companies that I was not able to pay on time.  They called and told me that these clients were wanting to file legally against me and I ignored them.  They gave me an option to pay and I didn't.  A couple of days later I got served with papers and had to go to court.  I ended up paying 3 times the amount of the checks, the court costs, and attorney fees.  If they call you, you better listen to them!  They are not collectors.  They are telling the truth.

I cannot find an address for them. it is lke they don't exsist. I tried doing a reverse look up but i couldn't get anything. I tld them I would only deal with the people I owe the money to but he said that that would be considered a form of harrasment for me to contact them. They said they could press hot check charges on me, but I never wrote them a check. I made arrangement for them to take money out of my account but then they started taking twice as much as I agreed to so I stopped it.

I got a call from them almost 2 months ago myself. It was for a past due payday loan I needed when I lost my job. I didnt plan on paying the loan back cause my credit is already screwed up, and I didnt have the money. So after 3 weeks I got court papers in the mail, and had to go see a judge. The h&p office had lawyers and were suing me for a violation of 570.120. 1. Which is for knowingly writing a bad check. So, I ended up having to pay the 350 dollars, plus 250 in late fees and interest charges, and then had to pay the court 300 dollars for filing fees, and 180 dollars to my bank for using a bank of america check fraudently. The judge ordered me to pay all these fines in 30 days, otherwise I wouldve spent christmas in jail I wouldve got 30 days behind bars. I never thought I could get charged with all this, but as a warning to anyone else I got hemmed up. I honestly cant be mad at anyone but myself. If i paid my loan on time, I wouldnt have owed anything other than the 350. If anyone needs more information, you can email me at rtc926@yahoo

I was also contacted, they let me know about a bank transaction that was not cleared.  I told them I was on ssi and couldnt be garnished.  This was filed and since there are new laws concerning this, ssi was notified about this matter and I lost my benefits.  I am having to pay for all of the filling fees as well and pay back my benefits to ssi for a year.

I just received one of those calls too.  I didn't take the call as I was busy, but he was more than willing to tell my receptionist everything, including the attorney threats.  By then, I knew it was a scam.  Thank goodness for this site, now I know what I am dealing with...

I received a call from the lead Jason Powers.  He was very rude.  He would not even explain the debt owed.  He also told me they were going to persue this at 3p at my place of employment.  I tried to explain to the idiot I did not only have one outstanding debt with the original lender but two.  One I had been making payments on one but due to the amount owed could not afford the two.  I was so frustrated by the way they handled the call.  I was then transferred to the manager who stated could give me until 4p to resolve. I DONT HAVE ANY MONEY. I AM HOMELESS. I HAD TO GIVE UP MY KIDS BECAUSE I COULD NOT AFFORD THEM DUE TO DEBT. NOW THAT IS SAD. I don't appreciate them calling me on my job.

H & P Capital. They have been leaving me messages daily looking for all different kinds of people. No one I know. The last message, they were looking for 2 different people and then left creepy music on my answering machine. I don't have any overdue debt so I don't know how they got my number. I called them back spoke to the operator and said none of the people you are looking for live here and please stop calling. We will see what happens.
