"Mistakes"? Is that supposed to be funny? Consider this, I admit that some may be a mistake, an oversight, something came up and they could not pay. 2 things. 1. You never came back to pay before the charge off (usually 6 mo. later) 2. You end up moving or changing the contact variables to keep from being collected upon. So still it is on you. Then there is the other 98%. The ones who do this on purpose. You know that the only laws broken by doing this is civil in nature and not criminal. So your denial of it being illegal is false and misleading. Just not criminal. So calling it a mistake is mischaracterization at its finest. You suck.
