I've been waiting for 7 months for there bs court papers don't listen to them they've never sued anyone it's all scare tactics they are using laugh at them and go on with your life.

I just got a call saying they were taking me to court in two days if I dont pay in full tomorrow and that they were charging me with fraud and they would show up at my work and tell them why they wer there,and more...I cant remember it all and that i would cost me 7,000-12,000 in legal fees

I called her and confronted her and she yelled at me and said see you in court. I told her its not my loan so she wont see me. I told her she broke third party disclosure and she lied about being a lawyer. She was trying to yell over me she freaked out and hung up.

i also got called by babwa. she claimed to be a lawyer. she is so rude, she told my family all of my information, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!.... she just yelled and would not let us talk..... this is so unprofessional... how can she just give out my information like that, isnt there privacy any more?  

Its actually not allowed to share info with third parties. U can take HER to court. We have the sameproblem and when i accused her of it she yelled.

I got a call from a MR LAMB. (KUPFERSTEIN AND ASSOCIATES) aka THE LAW OFFICE today. I owed 400 to cash store, I had a arrangement with them (the cash store), I missed a payment and called the cash store (CS financial), they told me that my file was sent to the "LAW OFFICE" Mr. Lamb used threatening tactics on the phone today (it was awful), all the same as you read above, my loan was $400 as mentioned, now I owe $1021!!! I asked Mr. Lamb how this outrageous amount came to be in a few short months and he replied "bank fees". I do want to repay my debt to the Cash Store but I am starting to think after coming here that my debt was bought out buy these scumbags and now they are making profit off my debt. Why has the cash store not just reported this to Equifax under collection? Do you think that the Cash store really does sell the debt to a third fake party Collection or Law firm?  It appears that this is exactly what is happening. This company (that has three names), has bought out my debt and taking a chance to scare me into paying $1000 so they can collect their original investment and make a profit. Has anyone actually seen these "court papers" yet, I have never received anything in the mail. Has anyone been to court? Please any advice or comments will be appreciated. I would like to pay the $400 to the cash store but I honestly think my debt was paid off by these a.s.s clowns. NO WAY am I going down there and paying a grand because some guy on the phone said so without wanting to give me anything in writing when I asked. I have decided NOT to pay a thing until I get a letter of debt validation. I will be speaking with my Lawyer.

This idiot mr.hazel gave me threats too going to court supeoned blah blah deposit money in royal bank there's a spy in the collection agency's don't pay report the [***]!

I 2 have got a letter from the same office. They have even went 2 the extent of telling both me and my mother that i could face up 2 19 days in jail, if i had a job that they would send the police 2 my work and the police will tell my employer of what is goin on in my financial business. They also told us that they will be proceeding in court even after i claimed bankrupt. They are also represting the cash store in my case.

You have nothing to worry about I got the same letter and bs 8 months ago and now I have a different collection agency calling me for the same loan I told them where to go. Thus law office is a joke.

My daughter just received a call from this lawyer and she was working at the time she took out her loan and then because of her disability age had to leave we called the loan place and they are saying that she committed fraud which is beyond because they need proof that your still working but they say she's going to court and its not money they want its too acxuae her of fraud even though she still owes them 200 dollars which she via going to pay back as soon as she finds another job she is scared

Got a call from this number, said it was for court proceedings and an ongoing investigation about my son, he apparently gave my number as a reference. He needs to call them right away. Ya right.

I have received a call from this phone number.  The guy said his name was Stephen and that he worked for Paul Cooperstein & Associates.  He was trying to get ahold of my sister.

They no longer represent the cash store. Mr david moved back to his moms basement. Pathetic losers. God will punish them for all the scams they pulled. They went out of business.

Just when I contacted the Law Society of Upper Canada about these clowns too...

Provincial authorities where I am said the office isn't even licensed to collect here, so they've been ordered to stop. If they pop back up, fight it and you will get places.
