just the gas company calling on a late bill.

SoCal Gas Company.  Good to get the heads up to pay bill.  It's very cold out there! (don't understand why they don't provide caller id information)

Got called twice answered both times and no one was there.... Very annoying and unprofessional....

i don't have sempra, why would they be calling me

Sempra is the same as SocalGas  they keep calling me letting phone ring once ...it is annoying i'm about to call them up and change my number to my JUNK call number that i give out. where i can block people who are silly but mostly I never even hear it.

called a few minutes ago, Caller ID picked up the name as "Blocked Name". If it is the gas company, i have an appt with them on friday 13th. I never pay my gas bill late. I answered the call, but no one said anything so i just hung up. You would think a company like that would have their name unblocked

i have received multiple voicemails from this number even though I have no phones within the 909 region.  The Caller ID shows up as SEMPRA,

Gas company calling.  Why don't they follow the law and put their name on CALLER ID? We sure pay them enough to be able to afford doing that.

This is the So Cal Gas Company. They were calling me back about a phone call I had with the a few days ago about a refund they would be mailing me back. They also use this same numbers for collection efforts as well as confirmng appts.

They called here and the Caller ID listed it as: "909-305-8445 Private Name" if these people would only realize that they would have more people answering their Honest phone calls that way, rather than just letting it ring or ?  But if they don't say anything, then hang up.

It is the gas company. If you do not reach the phone in time but call back you get "You have reached a non-working phone number at the Gas Company"...

909 305-8445 is a pirated number belonging to a legit Co. but a spoofer is using it to find if your phone is answered by anyone ! If you answer it then they sell your number to any one, fodder what ever they even seal your number as active and if you give them your name in a message that asked you they get even more. They even sell the info to tersest. Best if you don't know who it is don't answer it make them leave a message too make shore there legit.an the number belongs to them not a power co that is not making these random calls as we keep getting them from this number and we live in Seattle. no Cal gas within 1500 miles from hear.

So Cal Gas doesn't have my phone number.  The Gas bill is in my mother's name with her phone number.  This is NOT the Gas Co calling.

I have nothing to do with the gas company ... I won't answer ... this is spam/telemarketing

I'm thinking it might be the gas company, since I have an appointment with them tomorrow.  But why do they have their ID hidden?  If they want a response from me, they'll have to do better than that.

That's my thoughts exactly.  If I knew it was The Gas Company it would save me a lot of trouble trying to weed through scam callers.

Caller ID showed as "Suspected Spam" and "Sempra".  Of course, no message was left.  I agree with the rest of you, probably some scammer spoofed SoCal Gas' number.
