- Hanah| 1 replyCalls asking for the wrong person and I correct him everytime. Claims he is in a warehouse needing to speak to someone about the "part we ordered". He is obviously lying and is very unprofessional on the phone. Calls every other day or so and says the same dumb cheesy joke when i pick up. "Cant complain, nobody listens anyway, right?" HA you're not funny stop calling.
He called today so I answered and hung up. AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT!- Caller: null
- N/Athis guy is relentless. Always trying to press for info. Same spill as the rest. Claiming he is "Frank" the "electrician with "Commercial". Says he spoke with the maintenance manager last week and that he couldn't remember Their name. I immediately started to ask more questions. He kept repeating that he called our number last week and spoke to maintenance. I am the only one who answers the phone at our location and there is no maintenence in the building. Clearly he was lying and cant think of anything else to say. I put him on hold and then I hung up on him. There was a slight pause between our conversation and I heard in the background another guy talking on the phone asking for the maintenance managers cell phone number. this is a total scam!
- receptionistkept asking for maintenance. Did his usual how are you doing today, I said good how is everyone doing there (as I could hear all the other cold calls). I repeatedly asked for a PO# and if he wanted to set up a delivery, he kept saying I just need to talk to someone in maintenance. And I repeated about PO# and such. making a nice circular conversation. To which my boss really needs me to get ahold of him, I could get fired.

- patThis guy keeps calling us too. Very aggressive and rude. Hung up on him several times, but he calls right back. Have put him on hold and let him listen to himself breath for a while but that doesn't work either. Becomes very combative if you start asking him questions about what the purpose of his call is. Wants to speak to my supervisor to which I told him I didn't have one. asked to speak to a "male" in the office to which I told him we didn't have one as this was an administrative office, run by two women, which he would have known if he'd bothered to listen to me when he'd first called! He didn't like that and informed me if we had a male here maybe they would be the "maintenance" manager. This guy is wasting a lot of everyone's time and should be stopped. What's the use of a no call list if we have to keep taking time out of our day to deal with jerks like this. Takes time to get your head back into your work. Keep putting him on HOLD the minute you hear his voice.
- Caller: Midway Electrical
- Torisame as everyone else, he sounded skeptical from the get-go, when i asked him to give me HIS information to give to our maintenence guy he replied "Thanks for your time" and hung up!
- Call type: Prank
- tori replies to Hanahhe told me the same thing earlier when he called!!! i should say that next time too! haha good one
- receptionistThis idiot tried to tell me off for hanging up on him after he was very rude and tried to demand the cell number of our plant manager. I knew very well he was a telemarketer as he asked for the maintenance manager and tried to claim he spoke with him last week. (Quite difficult since our company doesn't have a maintenance manager). I tried calling the number back but you just get a full mailbox response.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- StanVery pushy sales caller. Just left him on hold until he hung up. Said his name was Randy with Commerical Electric. We don't have a shop so I knew it was a scam.
- RECEPTIONISTGuy called, insisted he needed deminsions to complete and order. Talked with maintenance guy last week, but couldn't remember name. I did try to connect him, but he hung up during my efforts. Our maintenance folks had not talked with anyone about an electric bulb. SCAM!!!
- Caller: no name given
- Call type: Telemarketer
- RECEPTIONISTGuy called asked for my general manager by name and then asked to speak to him. He is out of the office so I told him that he is in a meeting if I could take a message. He told me to give him his cell number he needed to talk to him about a part ordered. I told him I was not comfortable handing his cell number out and he got very rude told me my boss knew who he was it was fine. I then got a little rude back saying I can take his number and give my boss a call and have him call this guy back. He told me to put him to his voicemail and I told him he will not get it to morning. He hung up on me.
