I received a call from this number again.  The gentleman's name was Dustin.  He asked for my wife by first name, like he knew her.  He did not start the call by identifying himself, who he represented, or what he was calling about.

When I asked who was calling he then identified himself as Dustin calling for a research company.

I told him that I did not think she would be interested.  He said thank you and hung up.  He did not give me the opportunity to ask him to take the number out of the system.  

Mike Heydman continues to say [on this site] this is all you have to do, but his employees do not give you that option.  Again, this falls on him and the rest of his management for poor training.

As this is the second time they have called and I have yet to be able to follow Mr. Heydman's instructions, I may not be so cordial next time.

I just got a call from this number so I came (like I always do) here to look it up and I'm really surprised at the response to Mike Heydman.  Yeah, the calls can be annoying at times, but here's a guy whot took the time to address your questions and people are treating him like crap.  I for one appreciate him having the guts to come on here knowing that people would be all over him.  His answers have been clear, concise, polite and completely believable.  

So Thanks Mike, I still don't really like the calls, but appreciate your candor.

I received a call at 7:30 from this number. Mike Heydman is a scam just like his number. I would never listen to his radio station and have recommended all of ,my friends do the same.

They've called here three (3) times, each timelling them I am on the DNC list and to not call back.  I finally, tonight, decided to file an FCC complaint.  I think they figure most people won't do anything about it.

Mr. Heydman, THANK YOU for pointing out the laws about the DNC list. I am a telesales agent, and I get people who scream at me all the time about how they are on the National List. My company also adheres to the laws, and often times goes above and beyond what is required to make our customers feel secure, and I get so angry when people say we called them at absurd times like 10:30 pm. Our office isn't even OPEN at that time, let alone calling people.

To those receiving calls, do not assume this company, whoever they might be (as well as other 800 numbers) is blatantly disregarding your registration with the National Do Not Call registry. If you have done business with them or one of their affiliate companies, they ARE allowed to call you. It is very simple to be taken off the call list for their company- request it, and if you cannot get a live person to do so, email the company and request it. Only a very stupid business would risk hundreds of $10,000 fines each time they call someone on the list illegally. You can also request a written copy of their do not call policy, as they must provide it.

wife agreed to do a survey for them but has since changed her mind.  instead of flat out telling them no, she continues to say she doesn't have time.  i've tried to tell her that wouldn't work but, whatever.

however, now when they call, if they don't get her voice on the phone, they hang up immediately.  tonight it was at 915 and woke my baby.  i am not happy with this.

called the 384-9494 number and spoke to someone who said i would be taken off the list tomorrow.  i also went to www.vipresearch.net and sent emails to 2 of the listed contacts there asking the same.  i will report back here whether i receive any future calls or not to let you know if this works.

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!! I called and spoke to Andrew at extension 112. Rebecca is no longer working for them. How annoying. I can't stand these late night phone calls. They removed my name. Supposedly. Andrew said they are not on the Do Not Call List.

Do you people realize that the United States has different time zones?  So yes you prob are calling people at 10:30pm and don't realize it.  And if it's an automatic machine then I highly suggest you fix it.  Apparently people DO have proof and I encourage them to use it.

They say they are "National Media Resource" - have called over and over.  Always call after dinnertime.  I told them to not call me anymore.  I have an unpublished number...don't know how they got it.  I can't stand calls like this.  Nothing about it is "fun" despite Mr. Heydman's posts..only annoying.

Those [***] keep calling me and won't leave me alone!   Go away you pieces of [***]!

They also keep calling me. I asked them to remove my number from their list and was told they could not do that. I then asked for them to transfer me to someone who could and was hung up on. I am reporting them to the FCC because I have asked them several times not to call and they will not stop.
