- FED UP replies to Mike Heydman| 1 replyMIKE IT IS NOW 9:49PM CST ON JUNE 5, 2012, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM YOUR COMPANY AT 9:40PM CST AND GUESS WHAT THAT IS A BLATANT VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW BY CALLING AFTER 9PM IN THE PHONE NUMBERS AREA CODE!!!! SO TELL ME AGAIN HOW YOU DO NOT VIOLATE THE LAW???? QUIT CALLING [***]
- Janine replies to FED UPI too have received many calls including one at 9:11 PM EDT tonight and another at 9:38 & 2 nights ago I got one shortly after 10 PM that woke me up and made it impossible to fall back to sleep and be alert enough to get ready for work at 5 in the morning. I too have asked to be removed and was told I would be as soon as I fulfilled my verbal contract when I asked how long that was the person could not answer and said it differs for each person just answer the phone each time they call then once I answer the number or surveys or reach the time deadline I'll be removed and another time a person begged me to answer saying that they get paid commissions based on the number of people that finish the program, but it's hardly ever the same person that calls.
- calling me on my dime| 1 replyNo more excuses. Not only do they call, apparently, they hang up on you rather than state their business. I suspect this is because they just need a record of having made a call to get paid. Then they fill out the survey any way they like.
VIP Research Mike Hardiman. Liar and scam artist. Making money out of annoying the hell out of people. Calling their cellphones. Hanging up. Pretending they will remove you from the list if you just email them. Like we are gonna reveal more info to these bottom feeding parasites.- Caller: VIP Research

I politely agreed to a survey a month ago that was promised to be quick- that ended up taking more than 10 minutes. I agreed to again participate If needed. However, this company called back one day later at 1030pm after an array of missed calls during the day. After the late night phone call and the extended survery with the not so nice representative, I politely requested to be taken off of the list.
I received SEVEN phone calls this evening. When i was able to answer the phone (because some people cant answer their phone at work) I reminded the representative on the phone that I had my name removed from the list- this woman- very unprofessionally and rudely asked why I removed myself. I explained that the calls were too frequent and late at night. She continued, fishing for an argument "I don't understand why you would say yes and then change your mind". I reminded her that it was none of her concern and requested to speak with a manager.
Manager, "Andrew", came to the call with te same appalling, harassing, and unprofessional attitude "you're wasting my time." you've wasted my time" "if you'd answer your phone instead of trying to ignore us we wouldn't be forced to call you so late at night!" "I don't know why you're asking our company information, the 'do not call list doesn't affect us."
I requested to be taken off the list and it should have been honored. I hope artists and businesses of the like DO NOT continue to utilize this company for research. The representatives are rude, harassing, and are unethical. They are not registered woth the BBB unsurprisingly. It's just bad business all around- these are the type of businesses to fall after years of poor treatment to people!- Caller: VIP research
- snoozyReceived a call/no message from VIP research (913-384-2471) tonight at 7:28p. I am already on the Do Not Call registry. I called them back and got a recorded message. I hit extension 112 ("... if this is about your scheduled shift, dial 112") I got a live person, but I felt like hanging up on him. If I continue to get calls from these people then I will report them.

Worked for a company outta florida a couple yeahs back. It will work here too. Boss types are usually too "busy" to deal with us customer types, and they like to fell like they are above it.
Call em directly and they will realize that they don't want to deal with you any.
Give it a try! - Research group replies to calling me on my dimeNews item found: "VIP RESEARCH's MICHAEL (MIKE) HEYDMAN, who was killed when he lost control of his vehicle and it exited the roadway, VIP owner VALORIE HEYDMAN has called in veteran researcher, RICH DEPAOLI to oversee Station Service in the interim. This will ensure no disruption in callout schedules."
- buffalo breath replies to Sarah GrodonScam. When you contact them you just gave yourself away. Information can be traded and sold. Radio is dead but bottomfeeders still skim the putrefying remnants thereof.
- Gilb| 3 repliesThe problem is they keep calling anyway. Who loves Popeye's Famous and Cold Stone creamery??!

- Andrew replies to SIWIf you call and asked to be removed you will be removed no questions asked. We will NOT sell your information to anyone.
It is a predictive dialing system and we are not calling and maliciously hanging up on people, you have to understand that the system will automatically code the call if no one picks up after a certain number of rings. If someone hangs up on you please give me their name and they will be handled accordingly.
If you would like to be removed call our number and it will prompt you where to leave a number so we can remove you from our database. The number is 913-384-9494 that is our main line.
We are only trying to run a business and giving jobs to Americans when every other company is outsourcing their work over seas. - Andrew replies to Gilb| 2 repliesGive us your number and we will get it remove from our database.
913-384-9494. It will prompt you to the correct extension to leave your number. - Andrew replies to DanWe will be glad to remove you if you can give us the number that we called
913-384-9494 - Andrew replies to Joelle| 2 repliesPlease do not twist what happened.
I remain professional with everyone I speak to and only let them know what the situation is and why it has called so many times.
It is a predictive dialing system and if no one answers will go back into a que where it will call back at a later time. We only call up to 10pm and ask everyone permission to call them back.
If anyone wants to be removed we remove them, we are trying to run a business and calling people that do not want to be called would be unethical.
If any of my employees are rude with you please give me a name so I can handle them accordingly. That kind of attitude is not tolerated in this company.
If anyone ever wants to be removed and you are unable to answer when we call, call us back at 913-384-9494. It will prompt you where you can leave your number to be removed. - Gunnar replies to Andrew| 1 replyAre you feeling a little back-lash about your illegal Tele-marketing techniques there "Andrew"? Hmm...I wonder why?
I wonder what people would think about the fact that violations of the TCPA carry a lot more clout than violations of the FDCPA do? And are more successfully pursued? You know "Andrew"? Like when they document & record your firms repeated violations of the TCPA? Like when you've been repeatedly told to cease calling. And you fail to do so? Like when you ask them to return a call to have the calls stop? Like what the penalties will be when you fail to comply? Do your targets know that once you're told to take them off your list you must do so?
I have to wonder, "Andrew", what's going to become of your empire when people become aware of their rights. And what's going to happen when people find out that there are consumer Attys. that are far more greedy than you are. Who are more than happy to work on a contingency basis. It's time to re-align your business practices "Andrew". Quickly!
Have a nice night "Andrew"!
