This needs to be stopped.

Received a call from 915-996-9296. Since I answered and someone hung up I called about 4 minutes later. A male that would not identify himself answered the call. As soon as he got on the line, he demanded that I give him my last 4 digits of my SS# and he also wanted my address along with a alternate phone number. He stated that he was going to help me. He does not know my personal information because he was demanding it. This a number from El Paso, Texas. I was born and raised in the border of Texas-Mexico and these Scumbags are always Stealing money from people that are not up to their games if they get a chance.
