- WhoisitLike many others, I was on the phone with Verizon CS reporting spam calls and this number starts calling before I could even finish the call. In fact, I had to hang up with Verizon because she couldn't hear me because of the incoming call. I told her I had a spam call coming in from area code 916. Ha. Why would Verizon survey start calling before you even finish your call with cs? That makes no freakin' sense. They can't and won't do anything about telemarketing calls anyway except offer to change your number.

- DeeThis number has nearly a hundred other spam numbers attached to it. I'm on the Do Not Call list.

- GMF replies to JV LinI agree 100% with you, Lissa, and JV Lin.
- obx| 1 replyIf this is Verizon - then they need to identify themselves on caller ID, not just show an oddball phone number. I do not answer phone numbers I don't recognize or have id on. I too had just gotten off the landline with Verizon, when my cell phone rang. Ignored it and checked here for who was calling me - to see if I should block it or not.
- KarenHave had 2 calls so far from this number. They started after I called Verizon yesterday with a billing question. Did not recognise number so did not answer. From reading comments here, it is either a legit survey or a scam....not sure which?? I'm just surprised that if it is Verizon, that the rep did not do the courtesy of asking me if I wanted to do a survey or ask me if I minded getting a call. They used to do that in the past....
- donk replies to Houston| 4 replieswhy don't they identify themselves on the caller id???
- KarynI received two calls from them today, but I didn't answer, because I didn't recognize the number. After the second call, I received a voicemail asking me to call a different number to do a survey about customer satisfaction with my experience with Verizon customer service today. The reason why I won't call back is because I didn't speak with anyone from the Verizon customer service today. Hopefully they won't call back. It could very well be legitimate, but I like to be overly cautious.

- Tom| 2 repliesI just rejected this "Unknown Caller" as ID'd on my phone as an incoming call. If this is indeed Verizon, you need to identify yourself on the CID. I (and many others, I assume) will NEVER answer "Unknown Callers" on phone calls because of all the spammer/scam calls. Very poor business practice in this evolving modern world of unethical/illegal telephone calls, Verizon.......................
- Caller: "Unknown Caller" on CID
- Duh replies to obxNames do not show on your caller ID unless you have them save in your contacts list on your cell phone. They are not blocking their number, therefore they are identifying themselves on your caller ID...

- Duh replies to Ron JohnsonBe pro-active. Block them on your cell phone. Problem solved.
- Duh replies to Wendy BurnsUse your technology. Be pro-active. Block them on your cell phone. Problem solved.
- Duh replies to Tom| 1 replyIf you saw the phone number on your phone, then they DID identify themselves on caller ID. If it showed up as "Unknown Caller", you wouldn't know the number, hence you wouldn't be on this website complaining about this number.
Seriously people, use your brain before you post something like ^^Tom^^
