I actually had a GREAT customer service agent and would have loved to responded berut same as above..call moments after hung up....then another call for me to call another number...they have my email..they can send me an email or they can ask me to respond when I call in after call ends.  this gal was GREAT..told me about another feature which gives me 2 GB data for $5 less on a Verizon promotion...got confirmation letter for Verizon..yep she saved me $5 and I got 2GB more data.....called in on different issue ..would like to applaud this service rep but with these posts....on this number..will not call back

Had to call Verizon Customer Service this morning.    An hour later had a call from 815-589-8603 Sacramento.   Did not answer since no name was attached to the call.   After reading the above comments i see it is a scam.  I will be calling Verizon and letting them know also.

Didn't answer. I am concerned that I would receive a call from a scammer right after speaking with Verizon wireless due to a phone issue I have.
From reading previous messages I assume if I called the people would identify themselves as a verizon survey company. but I will not call back to find out.

I wasn't even off the phone with my first Verizon rep after calling about fraudulent activity (someone logged in, changed my address, and ordered a new phone to theirs) when I was getting a phone call from this number.  Since I was still on the phone with Verizon (for 40 minutes) I was not able to answer.  After being transferred to the Fraud Department, I received another call from this number (during the 2nd 40 minute conversation).  I highly doubt that Verizon would call with a customer service survey while you are still on the phone... but then, how would a scammer be able to call you so quickly when you are actually still on the phone with Verizon.

This is just Verizon Customer Service calling back for a survey about your experience. I did not answer they left a message. I will not be calling back unless they keep calling.

Same.  Came through my cell phone right after I made a call to Verizon (using my landline).  If this is legit, then Verizon is not in this century.  Block!

Follow up call from Verizon Wirelss after I called them for help. Wanted feedback regarding the customer service rep.

I spoke with Verizon last night. This call cam this morning. Unfamiliar number, and CID only says Sacramento, CA.  I answered and hung up immediately. If it really is Verizon, why don't they show on the CID?  No name and city only is almost always spam. Thanks for the info from all.

Verizon calling for answers to whether I was pleased with their service representative.  This is the PHONE company.  Showing no information on caller ID is crazy.
