got a call last night; missed it.  they left no msg.  I am not wanted by collection services..so?

They are a medical debt. collection company. i got the same call and i called back and spoke with someone concerning a bill i had at a hospital from a car accident.

Yup  busy when you call them back..Slime balls with if you are------if you are not ------please push whatever..you push whatever and it says please hold while we connect you to a customer service rep..Why the hell would I be connected if I am not______jack [***]

Phone calls and can't call back, just busy....they need to STOP!!!!!!!!

My name is Charles Boyle and I appreciate you fielding the calls from 919 821 1799. They have been a real pain in the [***] and were disturbing me at all times of the day including during "Celebrity Apprentice" which is my favorite show by far. Since I have given them your number, my life has improved drastically. Is "Mrs. Brown" calling and being rude to you? She is a real bit*h and I get so tired of her calling and transfering me to her supervisor. I don't know why she refers to herself as "Mrs. Brown" anyway...so annoying. If Rodrigo calls you, tell him I said "In and Out Burger all the way!" It is an inside joke but he will get it. I don't like the company but he is an okay guy over all. He is just doing his job. Anyway, thanks again Ian. I may give a couple of other people your phone number as well if that is cool with you. I hope the 919 number is calling you late at night. I told them that you were working and didnt' want to be disturbed doing work hours. Anyway, I need to run to the unemployment office to pick up my check but yall stay real. Take care.

Omgosh this is hilarious. I hope this isnt true and you are just trying to make Ias feel better as he is a very sick man, hope he gets a good laugh out of it.  I look up numbers like that & when I see where thry are coming from I save them  all as Z's then I know whos calling & never answer a call I dont know who it is from. If its important they will leave a message. Now I can even chuckle at them!!

Last several months, 919-821-1799 called me many times.

I keep on getting calls from this number (919-821-1799) and I want it to stop I don't know the person that they are looking for.

confirmed, the 919-755-3900 number goes directly to their main office in raleigh - don't try to call back the original number, it will be continuously busy as the auto dialer is calling other numbers - if they are calling you, someone who is avoiding their debts left your number as a contact (either from simply making one up or from previously they or someone they knew had it) - although huge red flag here... you may also want to check your credit report - if your number is being associated with someone with outstanding debt, you need to make sure nothing else is creeping over... O.O (since debt collector's tend to get contact info from credit reporting agencies)

anyways, i simply called up the main number, informed acs they had the incorrect number in their database, got transferred to the correct department, gave them my name and my cell number (the number that had been called) and informed them i had no clue who the heck the person was they were calling for - the rep appologized repeatedly, and said she was taking my number out of the database as we were speaking. (especially after i explained i use a goPhone and i was getting charged everytime that automated service was calling me) - she did say it could take up to 48hrs though for the system to take the update (/facepalm), but if i received another msg to call the main number back.

Thank you for the information.  I, too, was receiving constant calls from these people re. debt collection for some person I have never heard of.  I called the number you gave and they assured me they would take my number off the list.  We'll see....hope this works.  Thanks again for the heads up.

Here is what I did: Call their call center at (800) 752-4172. Make up a name and ask for that person. Keep asking until they say something like, "I don't know that person" and then respond, "well you keep calling me asking for someone I don't know. I thought I'd do the same thing." Maybe if we all do this these losers will stop harassing the public.

I got a call from them today.  They asked for me by name so I pressed 0.  I was put on hold and had to listen to several rings before a woman came on the line to ask me what my name was.  Wtf????  I told her that she called me so she should know my name.  She told me that she didn't call me, the auto dialer did.  smh

There are valid calls.  Those of you jumping to conclusions and posting conspiracy theories should have evidence before you post nonsense.  You probably didn't even answer the call.

Real Financial Services Collection Agency. Just call them back sit tight for 5 mins until someone answers and pay your bill. With that you should be all set.
