Rec'd call right after scheduling an ortho appt

Sales call for hydrotherapy tubs.  Went on a bit about how good they are and then wanted to verify what city we live it.  I told him we are on the Do Not Call list and asked him to remove our phone number from his calling list.  He said he would.

When I answered this call I asked why they were calling. I told the gentleman that I had never done business with their company, I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and they should not be calling. He told me that the DO NOT CALL LIST is a fraud then hung up.
On the positive side, this is a real company where they answer their phone. I talked to the supervisor and she apologized for the call and would make sure our number is off their list. She also said she would find out who called and talk to that individual. I can only wish that more companies were as responsive as this one.

re: 925-272-4590 I don't understand, why don't they leave a message if they're trying to sell a product.  How will I know what product to decline if they don't tell me what the product is?!!  I would consider this as a  "prank call" !

They called again but I did not answer. On June 15 the same number called and I commented on this system (see above).

Again, the company is unique as a telemarketer. When I redialed the number I was connected to a real person that was employed by the company. He apologized for the call and said he would manually remove or block access to my number.

So many of the sales calls spoof phone numbers so they cannot be contacted. This company seems like they are trying to do the right thing.

Left no message.  Just hung up.  Nice company - if it was or is a company.  Also on the D Not Call List.  Doesn't seem to matter

Called repeatedly.  I finally picked up and it was for Easy Step tubs.  I said we were on the Do Not Call.  He claimed we'd "slipped through" and he'd remove us.  I filed a complaint with the FCC online (google "Do Not Call List" complaints").  Anyone else: Please file a online compliant!  This company has called repeatedly, interrupting my life, and then lied about the Do Not Call List.

It is not the first time this number calls, they leave no message. Don't they respect the no call list? How can we stop them?

I started getting these calls when it was difficult for my mother to self-ambulate. I'm not sure if it was the doctor, Kaiser or the company that we're leasing durable equipment from, but someone released the name and number to these folks. Since telemarketers only compare what they have on a periodic basis, it is possible that they called after the referral and prior to the check against the do not call list.

That said, since you can also talk to them directly and they remove you upon request, they do seem to be one of the more respectable telemarketers out there. Once I chatted with them they never called again.

I'm on the Fed's Do Not Call list and rec'd a call from them today at 5:35 pm.  They did not give name of their company but said they were selling "Safe Step" -- a special bathtub for elderly/disabled.  It's amazing how many of us on the Do Not Call list seemed to have "slipped through!"  I also filed a complaint with Do Not Call - AND YOU CAN TOO:

Well, here we go again. They called again (third time) and when I told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list the (male) person told me that that list no longer exists. When I told him the list did exist and I did not want any further calls he told me he was going to call back tomorrow.
I did a redial on the number and got a live person (at least that is positive). I told the person that I had called them back two previous times and was told they would remove my number. Guess that didn't work. I talked to a manager who apologized and promised that the number would be removed.

Seems like a legitimate company with some overzealous people on the phone system trying to get customers. No problem with that but they should respect the DO NOT CALL list as a minimum and when they tell you they will remove your number from their call list they should!

I asked one of them to give me an estimate, so it's a legit call if it's from the same walk-in tub company.  However, the quote was $18,000 and they would have to knock out the bathroom door, so I decided not to do it.

I picked it up and they don't say a word, hang up. Every two weeks or so, they call.
