The supposedly sell "HydroTherapy Systems, Kitchen & Counter Tops, LifeTime Paint, Windows & Doors, Attic Insulation, Gutter Insulation and Roofing."  Gutter insulation?  Really?

They keep calling me about walk-in hydrotherapy tubs for my deceased father.  I really don't think dad's too interested in taking a bath any more, he's been dead for three years.

I only answer phone calls with names on my caller ID.  I got the same call and looked the area code and telephone number up, which was in northern California, not far from Indian Reservations looks like.  I just appreciate these messages about this number and will just forget about them.  It is not worth my time to do anything else.  If you have caller ID, that will take care of it.  I know everyone who calls me and none of them have this number.

I got a call from "Joann"  selling Safeguard Walk-in Tubs.  I suggested to her that she was violating the law
by calling someone on the do-not-call list.  She said, in a worried tone, "you are not going to report me, are you?".   I said yes, of course.  She said,"but I am just given a list and I call whoever is on the list."  

I can imagine the  way one would be cheated if one bought a tub from them.

It's a sales call for Safeguard Tubs. Someone here said "just a sales call lol" - well, it's not lol funny when they are getting your phone number in some sinister fashion (illegally) and calling you in violation of the federal Do Not Call registry list (also illegal). I have absolutely no idea how they got my actual first and last name and my unlisted/DNC-registered phone number. Unlike others here, I have not made an ortho appointment or purchased medical equipment or rented durable medical equipment. So, I am mystified as to how they got my info. The woman who left the voicemail, "Barbara," said "I'm calling because you were interested in receiving information about our tubs, please call me back..." Since I did no such thing, what she said is just a bold-faced lie (immoral, unethical, unprofessional, etc.). In summation, these people and this company are: sinister, nefarious, violating federal law, and immoral...NONE OF WHICH IS REMOTELY FUNNY. I will be reporting them on the complaints.donotcall.gov/ website. If they called you in violation of the DNC law, file an official complaint on the government's website. What they are doing is just wrong.

Followup: I reported Safeguard Tubs on the government's donotcall complaint website. It's encouraging to read: "...your complaint will help the agency (the FTC) investigate the company (Safeguard Tubs), and could lead to law enforcement action." Let's hope the FTC puts a stop to the unscrupulous tactics of Safeguard Tubs. Maybe during their investigation they will uncover the people, doctors, medical supply companies, and anyone else involved in giving Safeguard Tubs people's private information!

This a telemarketing scam they are selling walk in tubs maybe.
I called the company and said I wanted to report them to the atty general for violating the law DNC
asked for the owners name they refuse to give me any employees information. Fine I will call back make an appointmnet for inhouse visit and I'll deal with their representative.

Company targets seniors for bathroom remodeling (walkin tubs).

Just got another call from this number.  No ID, no message.  Thanks to whoever took the time to research this.  I will be reporting them.

The caller from (925) 272-4590 said that the comnpany was "Safeguard". I told him that I was on the Do Not Call list, three times, but he went ahead with his sales pitch anyway.

I'm on the do not call list.

google voice anon call screening gets rid of all these telemarketers, thanks to previous posters!!

They called me twice this AM. "Quality Control Specialist" from Safeguard Tubs.

They are not going to stop calling you. Trust me I worked for them. The floor managers have instructed the employees that if a customer says they are on a do not call list they will call you again in 6months. I cannot believe that they are still trying to sell tubs after they were raided by the feds Feb. 6,2014. They treat their employees likes [***] they keep the kiss ass people. Even when they sell the tubs if credit don't go thru they fix [***] so that it can. These are some shady individuals....SHADY..IM SO GLAD IM THE [***] AWAY FROM THAT SHADY ASS PLACE> DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

TELL THEM YOU ARE ON A NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST AND THEY HAVE TO TAKE YOU OFF. THEY GET LAWSUITS LEFT AND RIGHT FOR THIS.
