I worked for them too and got fired because I would take no for an answer. I wouldn't shove it down there throat. Managers getting mad at me for doing so. The only job I ever regretted taking!

Wish I had known all this before I purchased the Tub.  The Tub itself is wonderful but there seems to be no one to service it should it be required in the future.  What I will say about these folks is that they sure were moving fast to get the thing installed.  I purchased it on a Monday and it was in on Friday.  Felt way to eager for me.  I also feel I overpaid.  They have a smooth salespitch making you think they are giving you all kinds of discounts when, in fact, they simply quadruple what it really worth.  Then there's the LIFETIME warranty which, since they have been raided and no longer in business, is essentially WORTHLESS.  Does anyone know what's going on with this case?  How does one become part of the Class Action?  Anyone out there know how to fix the tubs?
