Then I beg you please! Tell me in your wisdom, after you have taken said survey (as I and atleast 1 other posted writer did) why do they still continue to call constantly is my first question. Second, why do they feel they do not have to respect the public enough to kindly remove them from their call list if requested, may be just a quick survey to you, but to someone in other circumstances could be a hardship. And third, what gives them the right to call mine or anyone elses home up too or even past 11pm, when even collection agencies who are owed money cannot call past 9pm? And at that multiple times a day, there are also rules about that. Are they above everything and everyone? Do they not need to have atleast a tad of decency and respect for others?

Not sure about the bank stuff, they have always shown up on my called id as who they are. But the issues of constant and repeated calls and the late night calls as well as abusive language and treatment needs to be addressed. I posted what I think may be some helpful info, atleast get them to stop if enough people act. Please see my post from today 5/8/12.

Scarborough is not a debt collector though, so I respectfully am not sure where you mean to go with your information provided. They are a Survey Company www.scarboroughsurveys.com
However, I do agree, they must be stopped! Today I posted some info I am hoping will help if enough of us act on it. Please see my post on 5/8/12.

Making complaint with BBB - a bit of a pain, but oh so worth it in my opinion. If for no other reason than on principle. You can do an online complaint form. Like I said, just have as much of your info together as possible dates, times, etc...
Council of American Survey Research Organizations - has a code of conduct posted, does not all directly address all our concerns specifically, but enough to where it is obvious these business practices will not be acceptable. To make complaint at the top, click on ”for public/media” two options will pop up choose ”surveys and you”, there will be an artcle. All the way at the end of the article, last sentence or two it talks about questionable survey techniques. Then on the left the name of the organization, address, phone, e-mail address on very bottom line (should be bright blue), click on it and send your complaint! Again, details details!!!!

We keep getting calls from this number.  the caller doesn't leave a message.  We are registered with "Do NOT DISTURB"
So what we have to say to this caller is____Stop calling us! We are on the Do Not Disturb List and you are disturbing us! So, either leave a message ( which you haven't done) or STOP CALLING!

Received a call at 9:39pm on 5-9-12  from 941.379.1954 and yes this was in my time zone! Was not happy they called so late....I think they wanted me to give a survey and my response was "at 10:00 at night!!" Then they wanted to know if they could call back Saturday morning and I said NO!

I get calls from this number , all hours of the day.  7 days a week.
All it says on my caller id is Sarasota , FL.
I don't answer as I do not know anyone in FL.

Is there any way to make them stop ?

Thank u for this information. This will be very helpful the next time they call. My brother answered the phone when they called this last time. He kept telling them, he was not going to give u all this personal information on the people who lives here. They would not take no for a answer. He finally told them he was going to hang up.

This number has called me at least 7 times since 6/21/12. They never leave a message and if I pick it up the phone seems to be dead because there is not a sound on the other end. Have NO clue who they are but it's annoying!

Get 3-4 calls a day from this number. asked to be taken off the list and they said they couldnt. gave me a number to call to get my number taken out of the system, but the number give was not a good number!

This number calls all the time,  Such a nuisance.

941-379-1954- Called left a recorded message about a survey to call a 800 number (prefix is from Florida)
I didn't call the 800 number, and why would someone from Florida call me I live in TN. it also stated on my caller ID Unknown Name,  And why would I call them to do that survey anyway, dumb. this has to be a scam of somekind. best to just hang up.
