Im gonna rub some of you the wrong way but at the end of my post I will tell you how to get them to stop calling you.

1. They are not a scam!

2. Regardless of what some people on here say about the law the FACT IS that the do not call list does NOT apply to market research.

3. Next time they call give them just 20 seconds. During that time they will see if your house qualifies to do the survey. They will ask you if anyone living in your household works for a TV/Radio station, cable, newspaper and a couple more things I cant remember.

4. Answer yes!!!! to any of those and your house will not qualify. They will toss your number forever.

5. They cant do surveys with cell phones, Tell them they called your cell phone and again they will toss your number away.

This company identified as Sarasota, 941-379-1954 keeps calling daily, sometimes 2-3 times. What can I do to stop this. I asked them to remove my name but my request fell in deaf ears.

send mail with the same, "We don't have to follow any rules even if you tell us to stop calling. Now we're going to call more until we feel like not calling" message. (In quotations is what a "lady" told me one day.)

They called my parents, too. They took the survey and still get as many harassing calls. Sent them $2, then $5 & a video and ring.

Don't call me!

Keeps calling.  Tried telling them the above but they still call... and I find it strange that about 30 mins after this number calls, someone calls with a block number... hmm

took most of survey the got hung up on after they promised me cash for completing survey. i called them at 1-800-753-6043 and told them to remove my number that do not call does not apply to surveys

These people call me at all hours of the day and evening, but I never pick up and they leave no message. I just got a call at 9:16 p.m.!!!!

Do they really think I'll cooperate after they are being so intrusive and irritating?

How do we stop these @#%!@#!!?

CONSTANT phone calls.  Sent me $1 in mail after I answered phone and screamed DO NOT CALL HERE ANYMORE and hung up immediately as they STILL began their spiel!  Letter stated how sorry they were for being intrusive and bothersome.

YET THEY STILL CALL!!!!  I am answering phone next time and agreeing to whatever it is they want me to do... but I am going to screw with them and waste their time giving RIDICULOUS answers... as I have seen other state here :-)    Thanks for the idea!! LOL

This survey company calls us incessantly!  Last night we received word that a relative had died and in the middle of all of this grief they called 3 times!  I am on the do not call list and it matters not.  This is HARRASSMENT, they are extremely rude also.

Receiving multiple calls from Scarborough Research and they will not stop calling despite my requests

Evidently the economy has also affected them. A number of people said they received $2. I only received $1 and yes they are still calling.

I've received numerous calls from this number and told them numerous times to take me off their list.  I have an unlisted number for this reason.

Then this letter should be enough for them to fend off the FTC. That's where the complaints are now going.

Anyone care for a class action lawsuit?

Calls happen almost daily at all times of the day until about 10 PM.  I answered 1 time and lady said just wanted to do radio survey and was not selling anything. I said not interested.  I received blue card in mail asking to take the calls.  I am also on the DO NOT CALL list.  How annoying are these people.

PLEASE everyone, make a complaint on the "do not call registry" and get rid of the these calls.  I have asked them 3 times to stop calling.  It is a marketing research group.

They called me at 9:25pm EDT.  I answerered and told them they're NOT supposed to call after 9pm.  Girlie told me that could call until 10pm.  I told her no they couldn't and ended up hanging up on 'dat trick!

They just called me at 9:52 EDT. These people are nuts.

I receive phone calls from this number.  My phone number is unpublished.
