Called at 9:46pm. I get more calls since I regestered on the directory. I guess they think I won't go back to it and file a complaint, I'm pretty sure that's what it said to do.

Same calls, same blue card.  Calling up til 9:59 at night even though I have repeatedly told them I am not interested.  Same scenario where unlisted number shows up within a few minutes of this call.  We have had several burglaries in our previously very low crime neighborhood, all within days of answering these folks questions.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

TV research company -- calls at all hours, and up 'til 10 pm EST weekdays. This has gone on for MONTHS -- they've stopped leaving messages, but simply will NOT stop calling.

I just sent an e-mail to scarborough stating that I only do surveys on a fee basis
and and any additional calls signify acceptance of my terms.
My fee for participating in surveys is $100 for one hour or any part thereof.

I think this is completely reasonable, don't you?

Emily, The same thing happened to me.  Scarborough called and then, less than a half hour later, received an Anonymous robo-call from "Heather at Accounts Payable" regarding credit card interest.  I have received dozens of calls from "Heather" over the past two years.  Each time, I report them to both the government Do-Not-Call list and the FTC, but the calls continue.  The Tribune reported that a new law went into effect on Sept. 2nd, making robo-calls illegal, but the above call came the very next day.  Why can't our government do something about them?  The phone company isn't helpful, either.

This company keeps calling my house......I do not want these calls

Calls repeatedly and I've ask them to remove me from their list and I am on the do not call list. they just state they don't have to follow those rules

They call again and again.  At least I'm getting value from my caller-id.  Then they sent me a buck for my trouble.  The question is, where did they get my name and phone number?  Both are unlisted.  Someone had to have sold it to them.  I'd like to find out who and deal them.

This scam company should be sued!

Somebody on this board gave the home phone # to the President (R.S.Cohen) of this trash company and I think that everybody should call him at midnight.

Please read this if you are receiving calls from Scarborough Research.  This is a sister company of Nielsen Ratings Company.  The state allows them to make multiple calls to get information regarding a survey that is used to determine what tv, newspaper and radio programs people perfer. This survey will make programing better for everyone.  They are not telemarketers. They sell NOTHING and do not come under telemarketing laws.  If they are rude, please ask for a supervisor. They are not allowed to be rude to anybody.  If you want to have your name removed from their list, they will provide you with an 800# that you call and it will be removed immediatly.  The rep DOES NOT have the ability to remove your phone number on their calling system.  I understand your frustration with multiple calls, but please address that issue with the state - they set up the number of times a company can call.  Hope this helps!

calls at all times, usually after 9:30pm.  no message left usually, however, did leave one message that they would like me to complete survey.  I am on the no call list so i don't know how they got my number.

They call all the time. I just don't answer. The sorry bunch of creeps.

If you have a voip phone service and have the ability to block any incoming number run don't walk now and block these miscreants. They call my number at all hours. I have blacklisted them on my voip service and Im sure they hear a nice meaty message telling them to basically get bent but they continue to call me. No worries for me since my phone never rings.

They call here a few times a day but I do not pick up the calls.  How can we get them to stop calling everyone even though we are on the "Do Not Call List".  That list doesn't seem to be working

Keep calling and calling and calling, answering machine picks up. NO MESSAGE left. If you ain't got the time to leave a message then why bother calling ?? Whatever, you loser dude. You know what next time I'll use my soundboard with fake old lady voice and waste your time and agree to do the survey promise I give you 100% lies for answers...of course it will be on U TUBE for the whole world to laugh at.
