I am currently signed up as a "trial member" for realty trac and received a phone call from 949-757-1664.  They left a brief message which included nothing but silence and a little panting.

I immediately received a call from 866-832-0607 claiming to be a "RealtyTrac Partner" called TCS.  TCS also claims to have my e mail address.

....this is my 3rd call from their "866" #.  I've never been a member and have no idea how they got my #. They keep asking for people other then me.  .....I'm on the "do not call" registry by the way.

Today, I too got a call on my cell & didn't answer.  However, I didn't sign up with Realty-trac.  I'm not looking for a home to buy.  I was looking for an apt though & had signed up with 2 websites for that. I'd sure like to find out how they got my info.

That's quite harsh. Maybe it was late at night & he was tired.  He's just posting his frustrations & info like the rest of us.  Why are you here anyway? You seem to be taking their side defending the idiots w/ Realty Trac. Or let's give you the benefit of the doubt, (unlike what you did to the person you just dissed)  Maybe you were having a bad day & had to take it out on a stranger.  Or... maybe you just like to be condescending to everyone & it's in your nature.  Either way, it was uncalled for.

I just got a call from them about 20 minutes ago. I used to be a temporary membe of Realty Trac also.  I happen to be registered on National Do Not Call Registry.  So I went on to their web site, and lodged a written complaint.

If you guys are thinking of getting into a class action suit,  count me in.  Just recently a business was penalized heavily for disregarding the Do Not Call Registry regulations.  I am going back to Do Not Call web site, and sending this information to them also.

I haven't been in contact with anyone re. looking for properties or such and they have called me more than once, usually I get no response when I answer, just dead air.  Then once I got a recording talking about foreclosure information, so I hung up.  This is really something!  I don't know what list they got MY number from.

Have been getting these calls for over a year now, have repeatedly told them to take me off of their call list (I am on the "Do Not Call Registry" and I report them each and every time.  They really need to get fined!  I will continue to report them.

I recieved the calls as well, and I finally listened to the message.  All it does is invite you to a free conference call explaining the new opportunity they have put together.  The prompt that says push 9 takes you off the list and I did that and I stopped getting calls from them.

I did call in later to see what the opportunity was since I was curious. It actually is a great concept.  I don't know if i will be doing it because I don't have the time, but does sound good.

Got call from this number. They are trying to sell some foreclosure system. I've asked them to remove me from their list as they've called in the past...called on a Sunday afternoon!!!

I got a call from this number trying to promoting a foreclosure system. I was/am a member of realtytrac. This guy try to sell a 10K training system and opportunities to work with investors in TCS on short sales. The opportunity does sound attractive to me since their investors have cash to take over the deal I will be assigning to them. I keep an open mind in this. What else ways do you guys find cash partner to close your deals, banks are so tightened up on lending. I need a cash partner to close short sale deals.

This is Trinity Consultants. They are usually persuing leads to find people to negotiate short sales with banks for the purchase of foreclosed properties. They may also be calling to try to recruit  you to their investor line. They are a legitimate  company with mixed reviews on the BBB website. Cheers!

I also got a call from 949-757-1664.  I took the "Gee, I might be interested, send me an email" approach and found out it is from a company called TCS Foreclosures.  Here's their web site http://www.tcsforeclosures.com.  The guy told me he wanted my "permission" to include me on a "teleconference with the CEO" (gosh, I must be really important!).  Anyway, he also called from this number 866-832-0607.  The telemarketer reluctantly admitted they got my info from RealtyTrac.

I have a prepaid cell phone and every time I get a call from this number it charges .20. I have never answered it because I didn't know who it was. Now that I know it is related to RealtyTrac, if anybody does bring a suit against them count me in. I typed in the number on Yahoo and it comes up with Trinity Consulting.

I am getting calls from this number also, in fact I have gotten several. If Realty Trac is giving out our information then you are right - we need to nail their ba--- to the wall. Keep me informed. I am an internet marketer and I DO NOT give my clients info for ANY reason, but it is these kind of internet businesses that give internet marketing a bad name. I can not stand these kind of companies and would love to have all these scum suckers taken off of the net so others can do business with honest internet businesses without worrying about this kind of crap.

I have been receiving calls from this number as well as their 800 number offering to let me "buy in" to their training & mentoring program. They state they are 'THE approved training partner with RealtyTrac'. They seem to be nothing more than a telemarketing firm to get you to spend money. The one time I did speak with them they told me that this was a limited space and time offer as they could only offer this to a limited few. Also, they mentioned that it would be approximately $1500.00 to $15,000.00 for this great offer. I told them I was not interested but they continue to call.

I too have the same Realty Trac history, leading up to this unwanted call on my business cell phone line.  So who wants to start a law suit against these guys?
