I too was also a member of realtytrac/realtycrap! I cancelled over a year ago. They need to fry in an open pit of flames with both eyes gouged out!!

The prerecorded message said it was part of a RealtyTrac partnership with TCS Foreclosures, and I have been harassed by TCS before on numerous occasions over the past 5 years.  I once was a temporary member of RealtyTrac and I will now pursue removing my information from their database.

I receive calls from this # about once per month.  Today they identifed themselves on voice mail (I never answer) the calls as TCS "the approved training partner of Realty Trac.  The thing is, I have never been involved with Realty Trac.  My deceased husband was involved with another Real Estate lead company in SoCal, so perhaps that is the link?  No idea.

got a call from 949-757-1664 @ 10:05 AM.  Automated voicemail msg. Had been temp member of Realty Trac 3-4 mos back.  Since stopping, have gotten intense calls @ 1 a day for first 1-2 wks, then taper to 1 /wk, then now prob 1 / 2-3 wks.

count me in. I was a temp member and now these people won't stop calling.

I don't answer it cause i don't know the phone number and i don't want that number to call me again.

I just got a phone call but didn't answer.. says from Irvine, CA on my caller ID.  My girlfriend signed up for Realty Trac for like 2 hours to get some information on a house.  I am IN on a class action lawsuit if anyone ever starts one!!

When I answered there was no one on the other end.  I also signed up for Realty Trac but cancelled before the free membership was up.

I received a call from this number on 07/20/09. When I called back no response????

I just received a call from (949) 757-1664 which is {TCS Foreclosure, Irvine, CA}. The caller refuses to say his name, and tried to get some personal info. I am not a member of Realty Trac, I was thinking to join them, but NOT after I read all of this about them. But I signed up for a FREE Foreclosure Investor Webinar & Conference Call 7/29.
It looks like they gave out my info the next day I signed up for a conference.
They really need to get fined!

I signed up for a "free" trial period with Realty Trac. After cancelling within the required time, I not only got charged for the "free" week, but started recieving phone calls this number

I received a call from 949-757-1664 and it is a commercial call-add this number to my do not call registry.  I think the number was handed to this firm by a realty firm by the name of RealtyTrac.  I am going to contact them immediately about giving out my information to this firm.

WOW! I have recieved several calls from that number and I too checked out Realty Trac. When I saw the BS they were handing out I stopped payment on my CC. I am forwording this email to a lawyer friend as their firm just may like to take the case.

I just received the same call and used to be a Realty Trac client as well.  I am in on a class action.
