I don't think most of these people are complaining about RealtyTrac.  They're complaining about RealtyTrac selling their phone number to a telemarketer.  I think that's an understandable source of concern/ire.  I "no" you might not agree, but that is the reality of these complaints.

Same here, I think it was Friday when I checked out Realty Trac and today I had this number on my caller id...there was a voicemail left, it sounded like the guy didn't realize that it was my voicemail that picked up.  All he said was "Yes, I was trying to reach (my name), hello (my name)?"  I'm glad I checked this site!!

I don't remember ever signing up with this company but I have been looking at houses lately so maybe that's where they got my number.  I was furious when i saw this number on my caller id 44 times in one day! What do they want from me?

It didn't leave message and believe it come from either foreclosure reality company in Ca. selling customer's number to others or its own company employee try to get attention. FCC should check this phone.

Came on cell but did not answer.  Second time in two days.  I too was a trial member of Realty Trac.

Just received a disturbing call from phone number 19497571664.  The young man called me by my first name in a mournful manner.  He wailed my name but hung up when I insisted on knowing who was calling.  Coincidentally, I just signed up for RealtyTrac yesterday!

I was a brief member of realty trac and I get this number on my cell phone caller id frequently but they never leave a message and I have never answered.

phone no 949 757 1664 calls my cell ,, seems it is a call from Irvine,California, probably a telemarketer , since I do not know anyone from there.Nor  do I do business with any company from that city , My cell phone is relatively new , so it improbable that anyone would have my new number .  They do not leave a message . I am sending this complaint, it is terrible that I have to pay for calls I do not need.

Jut serch on google "1-801-705-5532" and you will see! Dont' let them keep taking out your money without your knowing.

this guy called me yesterday and then they called me again today.  I am on realty trac and never requested that an annoying salesman call me and ask me for 24 grand.

John from TCS called me again tonight (he called me on Friday but I was unable to talk at the time). He has always been very courteous and clear about what he is calling about. My wife subscribed us to RealtyTrac about 2 weeks ago, and it looks good too. John described the $15000 foreclosure buying program and it seems pretty legit. We definitely don't have $7500 to invest in it right now, but it seems like a good thing to borrow for.

Beside all the complaints that people have about the phone calls, does anyone know about the $15000 program itself? If I'm going to learn what I need to know to get a million dollars in the next few years, isn't that what it's all about?

Any input would help. Is it worth borrowing $$ from every single person I know to pay for this, or is it something I should just forget about?

I've receiving calls from this number like all you guys. This guy doesn't get tired to be bordering people?

Buyer beware of RealtyTrac and TCS Foreclosures.  Don't be sucker like me and pay for $10,000 of short sale / foreclosure information that you can buy on Amazon.com for $25.00.    TCS is a total scam just like the BBB complaints indicate.

I read the privacy policy and terms of use as we should all do before joining any web site. And it does specifically say they can give out your information to third parties. If you agree to the terms of use or visit the site unfortunately that is how they are protected just like any other site. Its unfortunate but thats who internet business goes, you agree to that companies policy even if we dont like it. Its great to learn about history in school, but why do you think they dont teach youth financial responsibility and basic internet knowledge.

I was also called by TCS and purchased their program.  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CREATIVE REALTY SOLUTIONS, TRINITY CONSULTING SERVICE(TCS) OR WEALTH OUT OF CHAOS(WOOC). They do not have your best interest in mind. I called Realty Trac and they admitted that they sold our personal information to TCS, but also stated we gave permission because of their "terms and conditions". Realty Trac is no longer associated with TCS, but they probably are still associated with WOOC, which is worse!! A BIG BIG HARD LESSON LEARNED. BUYER BEWARE!!

RealtyTrac has a growing history of bad business practices which I have observed myself. Avoid this company.

Forget about it...the training is for a program that works for very few people and will cost you much more to try to use the 'strategies.'
