Received a called this morning, from what seem to be an automated answering machine, with a pre-recorded message. The message indicated they attempted to contact me several times about my 'property' and it is extremely important I contact them immediately. Since I do not own any property I figured this was some type of collection agency looking for someone with a similar name.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks now.  From the first, they left messages stating that they had 'left several messages'...lol  They also say it is an important matter to do with my property address...but, here's the real problem with that...I RENT!  In looking up this number, I found that as of 08/11 it shows up One Source Marketing Group, 375 Klug Cir, Corona, CA. Tel: 951-279-4500 and as recently as 07/11 was listed as Cecil & Caddell INC., 7360 Sumner Ave, Corona, CA 92880. (951) 279-4500 (trucking company).  Yet, they say in the messages, and on the caller ID, that their name is JDI & Associates.  Yeah, they can go ahead and hold their breath waiting for me to call back...haha

We received the same call.  We ignore it. There is no reason for them to call us.

Keisha was one of the persons who contacted my relative. When I called back to see what the matter was all about, I received a recording & was prompted to leave a message. I did not. This morning, at 4:45am, I received a call from a PRIVATE NUMBER asking if I was trying to contact their company. Keisha did not say the company name, but instead asked me for my relative's phone number. I gave her the relative's number. At which time she transferred me to Tim McDonald. Same scenerio....JDI Assoc. called reatives home re:Property. But when we called back they informed us it was re:Credit Card Debt back from 2005. They had my husband's last 4 digits of his SSN. I DID NOT VOLUNTEER ANY PERSONAL INFO. I did google JDI Associates & found this website. I decided to block my # & call them back. If they were a Law Firm, they would not have acted so unprofessional. I asked to speak to Tim McDonald. When he came on the phone I informed him I googled JDI Associates & the info I found. I told him if they were ever to contact myselff or ANY OTHER RELATIVES, I will notify the authorities. As  soon as I said this, Tim became very upset & started yelling.......so I just hung up! Now that they are aware I know that they are a scam, let's see if they will be bothering us again!

These people are calling me also to include my work.  I know it is a scam as I have not owned any property in at least 6 year and had that included in a bankrubtsy.

Just rec'd call from this co., very rude and demanding, did say they have called several times, (which they haven't) and said they were calling on property....no address....
Not returning call as owe no money, never written a bad check and no lawsuits in my 55 years.......so who cares...their problem.,
Sounds like a definite scam of sort.....I think it may involve a distant family member with same last name......to give them the benefit of the doubt., maybe more folks would cooperate if they were nicer.,

Yep got a call tonite from these jerks.  Did some research and found this site.  Thank you!  I will report them asap to the AG.

A very disagreeable sounding man left a message on my answering machine accusing me of not returning his calls about my "property address." His business name was "JDI Associates, phone number 951-279-4500.  (In fact, I had not received any previous messages from them.)  I decided to return the call in order to find out what it was all about.  It turned out that they were looking for my ex daughter-in-law.  My son divorced her 20 years ago and he is now living overseas.  Neither of us has any idea where his ex-wife is now.  This is not the first time I have been called by a skip-tracer about her, and it's getting very annoying, particularly since the message was misleading and I had to make a long-distance call in order to straighten it all out.

yeah same thing happened.  i even got a generic letter in the mail when i asked for proof.  this guy dave murdoch even signed it!

These people must be on crack!  First of all I don't no how they got my number, and the first call came from an AP & Associates, then a call came from PR & Associates and. A call from JDI Associates. These people are running scams and I told them to go burn in he-- where satan! Be aware these numbers 951-737-4800, 951-719-8560,951-279-4500!

Just recieved call from JDI Associates and the guy was rude and said it was concerning my property address. The number that called me was 951-279-4500. He demanded that I get in contact

Called and scared my mildly [***] brother in trying to contact me.  They shouldn't be able to harrass a man that is mentally a child.  He doesn't know anything about me other than I'm sissy and I take care of him.

I just got a call from them telling me that they had left several messages for me and they needed to talk to me regarding my property.  I'm on the do not call registry so they are in violation of at least one law if they cannot prove that I have done business with them.  I will not call them back.

We had made several attempts to contact you regarding this property address  we need to hear from you today.

I callled and left the local police non emergancy phone number on their answering system

They also callled from 951-737-4800

and I got a call from  MURDOCK VIWAND    951-736-5732 with a very nice message asking for roberta at a spring hollow address (not mine) and asking for a return call to 951-279-4500

I got a message from Kyle Roberts from number 951-737-4800 stating I was a defendant in a civil suit and I was to call back immediately. I called back and asked to speak to Kyle but the woman who answered was very rude and told me that they do not transfer calls with out verifying info first. I refused to confirm anything with her and asked to speak to Kyle since he was the one who contacted ME... she blew-up and said she was not going to do that... and that it was unprofessional. I was like WHF what is unprofessional (i didn't say that), I politely said that she was unprofessional for yelling at a potential client, then she hung up me. I did call back in hopes that someone else would answer, and someone did, a man, I asked for the address of the firm and for some company information b/c I wanted to make sure this was a legitimate firm. NOT to my surprise he put me on hold and then I was disconnected.  Yup there shady!!!

JDI Associates also called from number 951-271-4840, claiming the same thing as above....

These idiots just called my phone looking for my son saying he was about to be served legal papers in a pending civil suit.  I saw the scam info and I called them back and told them I am turning them into the FBI.  These people are idiots.  I dare them to call me again - I will let them really have it!

I will not give them ANY information regarding my son.  Do not fall for this trap.

I received the same message stating that they have been trying to reach me.  You call them back and they don't answer.  Beware........  He was extremely rude!!!
