i just got a call message from this number claim it was an urgent matter. I refuse to call back because i dont own any property. Dont believe its a scam.

wife got call from 957-271-4849, JDI Associates, Gary Brookshire or David Murdock, in Dec '11 said they had bad check need to be paid or we would be arrested she paid with debit card and week later they took another 1,000 out of account. we called them back they said that it was a mistake. locked card and told bank, got all money back, called FBI. got another call this time said they will file civil suit this time over internet loan i took out and failed to pay. never heard of loan company. they started out by calling my parents and son telling them they need to talk to me about some property.
they also told my parents about the so called loan. by doing that they broke the law, privacy act a fed. law. also called me a crook both were rude and  was cussing.

I got a call from a blocked number and I checked my phone after school and some Indian man mumbling saying I needed to call back for legal papers blah blah I thought it was my brother pranking me but actually wasn't . The same number has called me 5 times but I never answer . Be Aware People !!!!

Well they called an we were able to trace them... 1655 East 6th Street, Corona, CA 92879  at the Magnolia Center. Their business is unknown, as they may be using a router located in this building or they may be apart of an unregistered company.

I have received several calls from these people the first guy I hung up on because he was extremely rude and I wont waste my time with idiots like that. Then about 15 minutes later he called back and left a threatening message on my vm. Then in about a week I received another call but I didn't answer and they left the same message everyone else is getting about some property and a civil suite. I knew they were a scam. Glad to see not too many are giving them money. These people need to be stopped. I hope those who have the power to put these guys away do so and soon before any more innocent people get scammed.

I just received a call from JDI Associates, demanding payment for a payday loan in the amount of $986 to a company which I had never before known. The caller from 951-271-4845 identified himself as "David Murdoch" and demanded that I pay immediately, or he would send the sheriff to recoup the money and have me put in jail. He said he had taken numerous attempts to contact me, but that I never responded. When I told him I was reading notes from 800notes.com and I told him that his office had been reported to the Texas Attorney General's Office and the California Attorney General, he informed me that I am the "expletive deleted" scum and that I should pay immediately. I hung up the phone. Moments later, he called back, and informed me that I had to pay and that he would have me arrested if I didn't. Without my consent, he claimed to be recording the call. He then demanded that I make a statement claiming that I refuse to pay. I remained silent, at which point he asked if the "cat got my tongue." I retorted that I would not lie over the phone, and could not make such a statement under duress. I then told him I would report him to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office. I did. Do not give these people any information. They are, in fact, a total scam.

This website from the California Secretary of State indicates that Gary Brookshire and David Murdoch's business license was suspended in 2003, and never reactivated. They are operating illegally in the state of California. Do whatever it takes to get them shut down.

I have been getting the same messages over and over.  They state it is regarding "the property,"  well it is EASY to figure out it IS A SCAM as I own NO PROPERTY.  Just continue to IGNORE them unless you have a way to block their calls.

They called me and threatend me to prison I acutally gave them my debt card number and thought about  it and canceled my card david murdock called me I did not answer thanks to this website [***]

how do i report this. they called my mom and after my dad died we keep getting stuff like this and my mom cant handle it any more.

I'm 16 and don't own any property, yet I still got this call discussing "my property". Pretty sure it's fake.

Got a call for the first time yesterday on the answering machine stating they have been trying to contact us about the property in question? What does that mean? The number left was 951-271-4877.
Never heard from them before this and will not return the call.

5/23/12 at 10:21 am PDT - I came home to a voice message on my phone telling me "This is JDI & Associates. We've left several messages for you to call us back and we have yet to hear from you. We need to hear from you by end of business today. The number here is 951-271-4878. We need to hear from you today."

The male leaving the message was aggressive and threatening in his tone. Where is the Attorney General in going after these creeps? If they've been calling...they must be the ones who don't say anything when I answer the phone.

Just got a recorded message from JDI & Associates although from 951-271-4877, sounded like a dork trying to be tough. Said they have been trying to get me to call them back and I needed to call them back TODAY! I wish it was a live person so I could have had some fun with it. Sorry for those that get scared by these tactics, these people are losers and will try to scare you into a response.

Got hostile message today. Call back number is (951) 271-4878. No names used on the message. I was just YOU, and the were JDI and Associates.

These morons called my exwifes cell phone and asked for my new girlfriend, as you can imagine that went real well for all of us. I dont know how they get there contact information but the only connection I have common to both these ladies is being on their US Cellular Accounts.The number that they left was 1-951-271-4878 and they said they were calling from Philips Reynolds JDI Assoisiates. When I called the # back no one answered, BIG SURPRISE!! When my ex called me and decided that it was all my fault she said the a**hole was very rude and nasty. I want to thank them for causing a big fight for people who have no money to scam away in the first place.

JD and Associates and there prime scammer David Murdock, called left a rude message on my voice mail demanding that I call by the end of the day. I did they gave some ridiculous story about a civil suit. I pretended to be my own roommate and said I would pass this information on to him. I then called back using *67 as myself and said if they wanted to speak with me about anything having to do with a lawsuit they needed to contact my lawyer I gave them the information and they wanted my name and number I gave them my Name and told them I dont give out my number for any reason and they immediately hung up. What kind of sucker do they think I am. Seriously. They used the number 951-271-4878

ive been receiving calls myself and its because of these posts that i know not to even give them the time of day. they also call from 951-271-4870... they dont even use the right legal terms. they can go ahead and keep trying. i wont stress over it anymore.
