I am getting 3 to 4 phone calls a day from this number. If I answer they hang up. If I let the answering machine pick up they hang up. We want them to stop. If I call back I'm put on hold and then hung up on.

I have had the same problem.  They have called me several times a day for a month, but when I answer there is nobody on the line.  When I call back to talk to the "operator" the call always disconnects.  They only way I was able to get a hold of anybody was by entering extension #123.  This gave me the voicemail of David Blum.  I left a voicemail instructing David Blum to remove me from their call list.  If he doesn't he will be receiving an endless string of messages from me until he does.

06/17/10-thursday.  I've been getting a few calls daily from this number, the whole week.  Sometimes it stops ringing before I answer.  Never leave a voicemail.  When I do answer, no one responds, although I hear background noise.  Just now I answered, and after a moment some guy asked for me by my name.  the pause felt as if he picked up off the speaker, after hearing that I answered.  I asked him who is calling, he again asked if I am "me", I repeated my question, and he hung up.  WHAT IS THIS PLACE?

I have been receiving calls from this # as well. They said it was because I took a cruise with carnival and royal Caribbean at one time.

6 years ago I paid almost $800 for a vacation I never took with this company. The package expired before I could schedule the trip. (due to a divorce) I fought for months to get my money back, no one wanted to listen, they kept telling me I was told and it was recorded it was non refundable. This fast talking guy calls me last week out of the blue to tell me his company took over the old one and wanted to make it right by the customers who were taken advantage of. He goes on to tell me at least 7 different vacations they were willing to give me, well im thinking whats the catch. So I ask "whats the catch" he tells me no catch, but for another $1000 they would give me all this and the 2nd person was all free, for the credit I would be given from the last time I paid. I simply said I want it in writing and then will make my decision. He refused, telling me he would send me an email for verification or I could speak with his boss. I refused without something in writing sent to me not by some unknown email address. At this time he pretty much gets an attitude with me saying if I didnt want the deal just to say so and stop waisting his time. Or better yet he tells me, why dont you just call us back when you decide you want to schedule a vacation to which my reply was I wouldnt schedule a vacation with your company now if it was FREE!!!!! Funny how they expect someone to trust what they are saying and give them $1000 right then and there with out any proof of purchase. You know the old saying "burn me once....."

I haven't picked up the phone to see who it is that keeps calling me from this number yet.  But now that I came to this website, I know exactly who it is.  This is a promotions company that trys to talk you into taking a vacation through their services.  They make it sound ultra-cheap and they forget to mention that you have to go through one of those ridiculous time share presentations where they hard sell you.  They are a TERRIBLE company.  I actually took one of there vacations before I knew what crooks they were.  They lied about nearly everything.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!  These people need to be put in jail.

These people have been calling me for over a month. I have tried ignoring it, answering and calling back all to no avail. It's really irritating because they have called me as late as 9:30 pm!!

My husband has received four calls from this company in the past two days.  The first time he called, no one was on the other line.  He called the number back and spoke with the operator.  When he asked what they wanted, she said she would have someone call back.  And call back they did!  What a rude sales rep!!!  I could not believe my ears!  These people are ridiculous!!!  To top it all off, he asked them to remove his name from their list, and they called back again the next day - twice!!  I just called the number.  They said they are the sales office for Cariibbean Cruise in south Florida.  How do these people get away with this kind of business behavior?

Since several weeks I'am having phone calls from them and nobody speaks......Sometimes it could be 2 or 3 times a day....

We receive a call everyday and when we answer they hang up.  I did go on a Ramada Vacation/ Bahamas Celebration trip in April.  The caller id says BESM   We just want it to stop and we don't want to talk to anyone about time shares or vacations.

It is so annoying just don't answer they eventullay  will stop calling. But is hasn't been working for me yet so i guess were SOL!!

We get calls from them all the time and have asked multiple times to have our number removed.  They won't do it.

We're on the National Do Not Call list, have told these people multiple times to stop calling and they keep it up anyway.

this company says i owe them 898 dollars when i only spent $118. I dont understand. they have threatened to send me too collectios and have my house taken from me. I'm confused and scared all the same. how? why? are they doing this. please help. this company is doing some prettty shady things. the only thing i agreed to was pay port taxes for two people @ $59 per person.  Where is this $898 dollars coming from.  If you ask me it's a SCAM............................. they are ripping me and thousands of other people off.  Let's do something about this.  Class Action Lawsuit?

will be reporting BESM to the BBB.. Paid $200 two years ago for this package. Every time I call they say they dont have availability or its too early to book in advance for a trip Id like to take. Now they called saying that I must pay the balance of $898 or I will be delinquent. I said I want this in writing because I was never told of a balance and had my papers out with nothing stating any balance. They put their manager on the line who would not give me her name and hung up with me after she got very nasty. They can go to hell. Cant wait for them to call again!

Yes we should. They ripped me off for $59 and then $298. I want my money back!

We started receiving these calls about 3 wks ago.  We have answered,  not answered.  Can't get anyone to talk.  I did have a Florida Bahama Vacation given to us and we did the time share and had a great week vacation.  The hotels,  car,  cruise were great.  We had a good time.  But we won't be taking another one though.  And now we understand these calls are coming from their office I guess.  I want them to stop calling,  there is no one to talk to so what are they getting out of it.

Always calls me. Can't make it stop! Help!

Been getting this call from a week now. Finally call them back and told the lady I had already hear the promotion and the other person was supposed to remove me from the list. She was very nice and said she'd check it for me. Of course there was nothing logged, so she apologized ans said she'd take care of it. ( some times a little white lie smoothes things over )

I am getting it as well, i asked why i was getting called and the girl hung up on me.
