So did we about some court case

Got a call stating something about a court case and if I didn't respond to the give phone number I would be a repeat offender.  Seems like a scam call, for sure.

Here we go again. calling all of my family members with the same last name looking for info. Every few montyhs we go thorugh this. when i call them back no answer!!

Same as everyone else.  Got a call that they were going to be verifying my address and employer.  Gave a number to contact "prior to being served" and threatened that not doing so would make me a "repeat offender."

Same as above. I called them back like 20 times. Wasted their time.

Same thing here - every dang day - going to verify my address and place of employment - so do it already!!! lived at same address for over 13 years and at same employer 8 years - strange thing is - this is the number they say to call back but the incoming numbers are never the same number let alone the same state! - what legitimate company doesn't have a normal number they'd call from every time??? really annoying

Abusive recording saying I have pending aligations and I will be reported to county clerk's office . I tried to call to get info and it's a lady wanting to put me on hold please help me they are calling every day and I can't seem to block this number because the phone they are calling from is private they leave me a message telling me to call 970-289-2405 and some lady just put me on hold so I hang up very quickly this is very upsetting to me and needs to stop

There should be an option with your phone company to block private calls. Check with them.

They just called me stating I have pending allegations and it is my legal right to contact the plaintiff at the following number 970-289-2405. I just googled this number and found this and I’m now reporting this car

Didn't you read the other posts? It's a scammer. Real process servers don't call in advance.

got the same call legit an hour ago, googled the # and saw this stuff. not calling back.

SAME! My nephew just sent me a scary message from them. I ran to my voicemail and they said the same thing to me word for word. What the hell.. they are gonna give me a heart attack today. Not today Satan

How does one "ran to my voicemail"?
